Other things to note

Bookings must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Any booking by persons younger will be automatically rejected. If discovered during your event, you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.
Parking: All guests must park on Fairchild Ave. to avoid tickets.
For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required.
Quiet Hours: Weekdays 10pm-8am and weekends 11pm-8am. There is a nuisance fee for breaking this rule to ensure all guests have a quiet, comfortable stay.
Security Cameras: There are security cameras around the property for your safety.
