Stay was excellent, three professional colleagues, first time traveling together. Amazing space individually and when we wanted to come together. Highly recommend- beds were incredibly comfortable. Stairs a bit steep up to two of the bedrooms, great master on ground floor though so colleague with some knee issues slept downstairs. Will absolutely stay again.

Synes ikke om: Kommunikation
The property was beautiful and it would have been an excellent stay but while we were there the air conditioning was out. We were in contact with the host all throughout the week, the repair man was there three different times, and still the issue was never resolved. The property had two portable ac units and two tower fans and even with keeping the doors/windows open we were never able to cool the property. It would reach 86-87 degrees every evening inside with no relief whatsoever and it was 97-98 degrees outside for comparison. We were also traveling with an 8 month old baby who had to sleep in the bathroom because that was the only room we could somewhat regulate. However, I did request a partial refund for the troubles we had during our stay and did receive that but once the stay was over, it has been very difficult to get a response from the hosts. I’ve had to go through VRBO customer service for help twice now due to no response and lack of communication. I know things happen that are out of the hosts control but staying in that environment for a week was unbearable and made our stay there miserable. The property was clean and in a good location but due to all the issues we had, I would not book or stay there again and do not feel like I received my moneys worth booking here. I’m glad to finally be able to post my review and be done with the entire process.

Thank you, Tori. We’re pleased you appreciated the home’s cleanliness, beauty, and location, and we regret that the air conditioning issue affected your family’s comfort during the heat wave. Throughout your stay, we remained in contact, coordinated three technician visits, and provided two portable air conditioners and additional fans while repairs were pursued. We also provided a partial refund in recognition of the inconvenience. Guest comfort matters to us, and this was a challenging equipment failure despite repeated efforts to resolve it. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to provide that context. Warm regards, Jurgen & Susie

Amzaing!

We absolutely loved the place! It was very spacious and located in a great area where you can easily walk to fantastic restaurants and cozy coffee shops. The hosts were amazing—super helpful and kind. The only small challenge was finding the parking lot at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is amazing, with all the amenities. Susie was great and showed us all around the place when we we got there. They were also very accommodating to our fluctuating arrival time. Santana Row has lots of dining and shopping opportunities. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was a very nice place. Perfect location for accessing the Santa Clara area.

A wonderful place and location. Jurgen was great to deal with and very accommodating. The place was not as well equipped with bath towels, bed pillows or kitchen essentials and needs to provide more than basic cable, especially during playoff time.

Maura, We are sorry to hear you found the property not as well equipped as you would have liked. If there was something in particular that you felt was missing from the kitchen we would have been happy to provide it during your stay as we live just down the hall. We also have enough pillows and towels for 10 guests and a supply closet in the upstairs bathroom that had extra towels in the event you needed more. The basic cable has been upgraded even though the apple TV has all of the sports viewing options. Thank you for being our guest and we hope you will consider our property again in the future. Best of the Bay

This 2nd floor, corner unit is perfect for anyone visiting Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or anywhere else in the Bay area. Spacious rooms, a huge private outdoor area, and located less than a 5 minute walk to dozens of shops and tasty restaurants. The assigned garage parking spot is a bonus and last but not least, the hosts are great and will make sure you get checked-in without any hassle and reply promptly to questions.

super fun times on Santana row

The location made this stay unbelievable. My family with college students, husband and elderly mom all had things to do. The home had many niceties like a keurig, tv with access to Netflix, Amazon prime, plenty of blankets. The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and informative. The seating was plenty including the deck, perhaps a bit old, but Still ok. Would come again
