We’re truly sorry to hear about your grandmother’s passing. Please accept our deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. Although your stay was brief, we’re glad the house was clean and beautiful for your arrival. If there’s anything we can do to assist you, whether now or in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Wishing you strength and comfort.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and found the unit clean and the vacation relaxing. That said, we sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced during your visit. The cracked sink, broken kitchen bin, and worn sofa are all concerns we take seriously, and we truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We're also sorry for the confusion about the ping pong table—it sounds like the listing may have been unclear, and we'll make sure that’s corrected moving forward. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable and fully functioning space, and we understand your expectations, especially given the price. We’ve already started addressing these repairs and will continue to improve the unit for future guests. We truly value your input and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a much smoother experience.

Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed both the accommodations and the surrounding area. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! - Prickett Properties
