This condo was GREAT! Tastefully decorated in UGA inspired art and other touches throughout the condo without being too much. The furniture was simple yet perfect in size and look. King sized bed was very comfortable and even had a sound machine in the master bedroom. We enjoyed having a drink on the back deck before walking to downtown for dinner. Perfect distance to the stadium to freshen up after the game and dine downtown again. It was a perfect weekend with a win and a wonderful place to stay.

The house is right next to the university. Perfect location if visiting UGA. The house is stocked with everything you need except for food of course lol. Plenty of parking on the property. Safe and quiet. It’s right next to UGA sorority houses but they weren’t that noisy the weekend we stayed here. Most of the tenants in the complex are UGA students - all quiet. The house was clean, tidy, and comfortable. My family enjoyed staying here the weekend we moved our daughter to her dorm room. Thank you for a home away from home experience. It’s on my saved list as my go to any time we’re visiting our daughter.

Short but sweet stay 2 nights

This was our first time in this unit, very nice, the beds were comfy and the attention to detail was super. There's was even laundry detergent to use! What a treat! Quite complex, we never heard anyone. Will stay here again when we travel to Athens.

Wonderful stay, ideal accommodations!

Weekend visit for family to see our freshman student and campus. The location was phenomenal—very near freshman dorms and main areas of campus. The apartment was bright and fresh, and felt new and clean. The area was quiet and peaceful despite its close proximity to campus, Milledge and Baxter. Plenty of space in rooms. We enjoyed having the living room and kitchen to visit, and our student enjoyed coming to visit with us, grab coffee and snacks. Great stay all around.
