Perched on the 5th floor, this beachside retreat offers a side-view balcony overlooking sugar-white sands and the gentle waves of the Gulf—your soundtrack to total relaxation.

The primary suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the living room provides a sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer add all the conveniences of home.

Beautiful condo!

Harbour Place 503 was qell taken care of with excellent amenities and stellar location. We enjoyed the short distance to the beach and the indoor/outdoor pool. The property was very clean and well maintained. We will stay again!

Great get away.

Beautiful view and a great price. I would recommend staying at this condo. The building elevator could use some maintenance. There were two elevators one was just fine the other one would bounce and jerk. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean.

Nice getaway

Kitchen has all the basic necessities. The master bed could use a new mattress. The master bathroom shower drain is clogged. And the condo did have a very musty smell. However with these “flaws” we enjoyed our vacation

So much broken stuff

First let me say that Liquid Life was great. The check in process was seamless and they have a texting system that you can get in touch with them and they were extremely responsive. The broken things were fixed but I was still overall not happy with my stay. The actual property and condo was a different story. We were there for 5 nights. The dryer didn’t work. One toilet ran constantly and the other one you had the hold the handle down until the toilet flushed down completely. The toaster didn’t work. The sliding glass door to the balcony took 2 people with all our force to open it. There were exactly 4 spoons and 4 forks so we had to wash them every time we ate a meal. The main lamp in the living area didn’t work so was dark to read at night. The elevators are SLOW!! I mean SLOW. The pool is a weird layout in that the only shallow end is indoor. I have a 6 year old and it was so much more comfortable for me to be by the shallow end so I had to be in the indoor pool every time we went to pool. Also the dumpster was allll the way by the street and tug had to bring your trash there every time. Not a huge deal if everything else wasn’t a problem as well. We love orange beach but we won’t return to this property
