This newly built luxury home sleeps 12 with 3 King Suites, a Queen Suite, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite bath. Featuring a spacious living room and a gourmet kitchen with all of the cookware the family chef will need. The backyard features a private hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The HEATED community pool and picnic area is right next to the house! Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. FarFrumWerkin' offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

Your luxury villa is just a two-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Hidden Palms is a beachside neighborhood that features 30 newly built luxury homes. Each home in this community features a private driveway, manicured landscaping, and access to the private HEATED community pool with community picnic and cornhole areas (Pool is heated November - March). Amazing experience!!

The house is beautiful! Very clean and open space. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Wish there was more than just a table on the balcony to enjoy coffee and sunrise.

Perfect house for our family

We stayed at this property for a family wedding and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms and bathrooms we a great size. The golf cart was a plus which made it easy to get to the beach and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

Ideal location and the rooms are huge! The bathrooms are really nice!! We're a family of 11 with a dog. It was our first time to Florida for a "just because" trip. Very easy.

Comfortable and plenty of space

We recently stayed at this home and had a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and very clean, which made the whole trip feel relaxing from the start. The house itself is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy. The public beach access near Pompano Joe’s is a bit of a walk, so having the golf cart included was incredibly helpful. We did run into a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the management company was quick to respond and resolved everything promptly. If you’re considering this place, give it a try. It’s absolutely worth it.

Our stay was our second trip to Miramar, both times being hosted by Alex. Alex and his team do a fantastic job making sure you are ready for a relaxing trip. They have more than enough utensils for the chefs in the house and all the space you need to not feel cramped. We loved our stay, and we’ll more than likely be coming back for our 3rd trip next year! Thank you again for a wonderful week.

Really nice property, well kept, new, clean

Great property near the beach. Seems new with fairly high-end finishes. Lots of room. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Neighborhood pool is small but clean and well kept.

Loved the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids had plenty of room. The living area/ kitchen/ dining room were spacious. All the bedrooms were exactly as described with plenty of bathrooms. All areas were clean upon arrival, the golf cart was useable, and the grill was functioning. The beach was a short distance away, and the pool was across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

Check in and out was simple. House was immaculate. The home had all the necessary appliances, including an ice maker. A nice touch I have not seen in other vacation rentals. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool was right across the street from us. It was convenient to have a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. Beach is in walking distance for young healthy people. However our group was 50 plus years old and it was too far to walk, especially with beach chairs and umbrellas. Recommend going to beach early to get parking spot. We had a great time.

Yes the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and many coffee cups. The pool was small but heated which was enjoyable. We could not find any beanbags to play cornhole at the pool.The kitchen island was huge. The table was able to fit all 11 of our group. The golf cart was handy but was a little difficult to drive because it needs a wheel alignment.The backyard patio was fine but the palm tree needs a little trimming.

Fantastic!

House was great. Very clean. We had two families and never felt like we were on top of each other. Great location and close to the beach. Only a few, small things that could’ve been better. The golf cart alignment is really bad making it tough to drive. No Keurig as stated. It’s a normal coffee maker. Only one washer and dryer. None of these things are deal breakers and I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. The place was clean and communication was great with the host. Kids loved the golf cart and made the commute to the beach easy. It was more like a 10 min walk to the beach entrance but was easy and the parking was free. Water and sand were beautiful. We also really enjoyed the warm pool. The host requested we not wash and dry beach towels in the washing machine and dryer, and we found that hard. We would shake them out and let them dry outside. Overall it was a terrific time. Plenty of space, clean and nice.
