Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words, Andrea! We're thrilled to hear that Trappeur's Lodge 1306 at Trappeur's Cross provided plenty of room and a great location for your stay. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to restaurants and the ski area. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great time in the future!

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. Fortunately, it's very rare that we ever have to relocate guests, but when unexpected maintenance issues arise, we want to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to stay. We hope the replacement condo and access to the original property's amenities helped make your stay enjoyable, and that the new accommodations felt like an upgrade overall. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear you found the condo clean, well-equipped, and convenient, and that you enjoyed the pool and hot tubs during your stay. We appreciate your comments about the beds and are sorry to hear that the pool atmosphere wasn't what you had hoped for. We understand how disruptive it can be when shared amenities become crowded or other guests are not being considerate of those around them. For future stays, we encourage guests to reach out to our Guest Services team if any issues arise during their visit. We're always happy to help, and if we're made aware of concerns like excessive noise or behavior that doesn't align with community rules, we'll do our best to work with the HOA or on-site management to address the situation. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more relaxing stay.

Gemini said We appreciate the feedback regarding the check-in process. While we're glad our team’s quick communication and the property's features made for a positive stay, we understand that an off-site stop can be an extra step in your travel day. We’re happy we could be there for you via text or call throughout the trip, and we'd love to have you back in Steamboat!

Your review is not fair and it is misleading. You contacted us about something being left on the balcony as the only unclean issue. We apologized for that and asked if you would like us to come look at the lights and the fireplace and you said no. Upon your departure we checked and did not find any issues. We are not able to control if the building had to shut off the water and the did not notify us first.

Thanks so much for coming to visit Ben, our team is always available if you need a hand and looks like we were in regular contact with you folks. There's some extra fans and we have some portable ACs for rent if you ever need as well. Please do come visit again
