Come experience the perfect blend of comfort & style in this truly special vacation home. Whether you're curling up with a book in the cozy living room, prepping a feast together in the chef’s kitchen, or relaxing in the 4-season sunroom, every corner of this home exudes a sense of relaxation with a cheery vibe. With two living rooms, extra seating area in the master suite, formal dining room, and a large chef's kitchen, there is plenty of space for everyone to feel immediately at home.

Enjoy watching your favorite show or reading a new book in the cozy & colorful living room. Head out to the 4-season sunroom to enjoy some board games or a favorite movie in the climate controlled room. Sliding glass doors open up so you can enjoy fresh air during the cooler months.

Enjoy meals together in the formal dining room with a dining table that seats six people comfortably. Extra leaves can be added in the dining table (by request) to double that capacity. If you are staying during the holidays, guests are welcome to use the fall dinnerware and Christmas china for a truly memorable experience.

The kitchen is sure to be the best equipped kitchen you’ll ever encounter in a vacation home! Everything was set up by a lifelong baker and chef with a passion for the craft. You’re sure to enjoy the double oven, gas stove, toaster oven, stand mixer, Ninja blenders, lots of baking pans, cooking pans, specialty cake pans, specialty muffin tins, all the kitchen gadgets needed to cook a feast & bake a whole buffet of sweets.

The large master suite is infused with a Japanese Zen-style ambience throughout that inspires a relaxed & tranquil atmosphere. The dim lighting, electric fireplace, recliners, large TV, all provide the extra comforts needed for a very peaceful and restful experience. The en suite bathroom is its own sanctuary with a jetted soaking tub, bath bombs, walk-in shower, heated towel rack, heated toilet seat, dual vanities, and all the right amenities provided for our guests to make it refreshing, relaxing, and oh-so easy!

Just down the hall, you will find two extra bedrooms; one with a queen bed & ample closet storage space to unpack and make yourself feel at home. The other guest bedroom has two twin beds and a fun colorful mural on the wall that is super fun for kids! There is a small selection of children’s books which makes for perfect bedtime stories.

The full bathroom between the two guest rooms has a tub/shower combo, warming towel rack, heated toilet seat, lots of fluffy towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and other essentials to make our guest feel right at home.
There is one additional half bathroom located conveniently between the kitchen and the living room, with access from either side.

Enjoy some fresh air and sunshine all year round in the grassy backyard. There are multiple seating areas around the property, a wood-burning fire pit for guests to enjoy, and a charcoal grill for grilling your favorite foods.

This is a very pet friendly property so your extended furry family is welcome too! Guests with pets are expected to clean up after their own pets, including all animal waste, and are liable for any damages caused by their pets. The pet fee goes to cover extra cleaning costs involved. All pets need to be fully housebroken.

Guests have full use of the laundry machines during their stay. The garage is not available for guests, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and street.

Located in NE Mesa near the intersection of Recker Rd & Brown Rd, you’ll be just 2-miles from major highway access that takes you all over the Phoenix valley. The home is situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood with lots of amenities within a 2-mile radius. It’s recommended to have a vehicle during your stay but there are lots of delivery options available as well.

The Fine Print:
Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Maximum of 2 well-behaved pets per stay. $100 pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. All pets must be potty trained, stay off furniture, be older than 1-year old, and no aggressive breeds. Owner agrees to clean up all signs of the pets before check out.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages through the US postal service.
