The Space:

This 4-bedroom home sleeps 10 guests comfortably across well-appointed private spaces. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 offers 2 trundle beds for flexible sleeping. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed. You'll also find a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with 2 vanities and shower/tub combo.



The main living room centers around a plush sofa and smart TV with streaming capability, while a second living space offers a quieter retreat with a fireplace for cooler evenings. A third sitting room gives you even more options for reading or unwinding. The full kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need. Self check-in details provided before arrival. The home offers parking for 4 vehicles total: 1 in the garage and 3 in the driveway.

Four-wheel drive or chains required during winter months.

Two external security cameras are actively recording: one monitors the front door and exterior, the second monitors the side entrance to the primary bedroom and backyard area.



The Neighborhood:

You're a short drive from Mount Bachelor ski resort for winter sports and Wanoga Sno-Park for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Widgi Creek Golf Course is nearby for golfers looking to play surrounded by Cascade views. The Deschutes River Trail offers miles of scenic paths for walking, running, and biking right along the water. Sunriver Resort is a quick trip south with horseback riding, pools, and bike rentals. Downtown Bend brings you to the Bend Ale Trail, the largest beer trail in the West, with stops at Deschutes Brewery and dozens of other local taprooms. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with summit trail access, sits just east of town. The High Desert Museum and Lava River Cave at Newberry National Volcanic Monument are both worth the drive for history and geological wonders.



Getting Around:

Bend is accessed via Highway 97, the main north-south route through Central Oregon. Mount Bachelor ski resort is approximately 22 miles west via the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, roughly a 30-minute drive in good conditions. Downtown Bend sits about 10 minutes away depending on your exact starting point. Sunriver Resort is around 15 miles south on Highway 97. Smith Rock State Park is about 30 miles north, roughly a 35-minute drive. The nearest commercial airport is Redmond Municipal Airport, approximately 20 miles north.
