Thank you so much for the lovely review! We hope to host your family again in the future!

Yes, yes, and yes! If you are looking for a place to stay where you dont need a car, this is it! You are walking distance to just about everything you could possibly need!

You nailed it—location really is everything, and we’re so glad you took full advantage of the river trail system! Being able to stroll to downtown, the Old Mill, or the West Side (especially with all those awesome brew pubs nearby) is one of the best parts about staying here. There’s nothing like grabbing a pint after a scenic walk along the Deschutes. Thanks again for the great review, it sounds like you explored like a local!

Thank you for your feedback! You’re right, this property was originally built in the 70s, and while it has that classic character, we think it adds to the charm of staying here. Each condo is individually owned, and many have been completely remodeled, so the feel of each unit can vary. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in this one!

The location is defiantly unbeatable! We also have multiple units here on property and each is individually owned so the more you visit, the better chances you have of finding the that is made just for you! Until next time my friend!

Thank you for the review Katharine! This unit has indeed been updated but you are right, the is no dishwasher. Luckily, we do not list this as an amenity for our guests when booking. Also, we do want it noted to all of our incoming guests that the Murphy bed does indeed fold up and down! It is not permanently stuck in place and if you happen to need a hand, we have onsite staff daily from 10am-7pm daily ready and happy to help. :)

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that despite the unexpected challenges, you ultimately enjoyed the view and location, and that you would consider staying with us again. We would like to provide a bit of additional context for future readers. The water issue was the result of an unexpected emergency pipe leak beneath the building that required immediate action by the HOA. As the management company, we were notified at the same time as guests and had no advance warning or ability to prevent the shutoff. We understand how frustrating that was, especially at the start of your stay.We also want to note that you arrived approximately 40 minutes prior to check in. While we always try to accommodate early arrivals when possible, the unit was not yet in an active reservation period, and at that time we were still assessing the extent and duration of the emergency. Initially, we were completely sold out and did not have another available option. Fortunately, a last minute cancellation occurred, which allowed us to move you into a different unit rather than have to offer a full refund and be unable to host you. We were happy to make that accommodation as soon as it became available. While emergency maintenance situations are never ideal, our team worked quickly to find the best possible solution under the circumstances. We appreciate your patience and are glad we were able to salvage your weekend getaway.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We're so glad you got to enjoy one of the best parts about Pioneer Park. Being able to walk to the river, downtown, local shops, and even the Wednesday Farmers Market makes for a pretty special stay. We also really appreciate you bringing the cleanliness concerns to our attention during your visit. That's never the first impression we want to make, and we're grateful you gave us the opportunity to address it. Your feedback helps us continue improving, and we hope we'll have the chance to welcome you back for an even better stay. Until next time, take care!

Thank you! We'd love to have you back anytime!

Thank you so much for the kind review! I'm glad we were able to be of service to you and that you enjoyed our beautiful place. Come back anytime!
