The living room offers comfortable, premium furnishings, while the dining area offers seating for 6-7 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room leads to a back deck screened-in back porch and a patio with private propane (provided) grill and outdoor seating, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the sea-breeze.

This open-concept home outshines the rest, with it's outstanding designer décor and unique amenities. The fully-appointed and upgraded kitchen featuring stunning Granite counters, soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large breakfast bar island with seating for three, and much more!
