Beachnique features a top-level king suite with panoramic gulf views. Suite has a kitchen nook, 50" TV, sound bar & Blu-ray player, private bath, wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Having a spacious modern kitchen on the main level with granite countertops & bar, large pantry Beachnique accommodates a large family. Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with individual sink/wash areas in each bedroom. Flat screen TVs/DVDs are in all bedrooms, including a 65" HDTV with Blu-ray with a sound bar in the main tiled living area. Also available, is a large DVD library, books, puzzles & games for children and adults. The Master king suite opens onto a screened lanai, (also available from the main floor deck), the bath & dressing area has his-and-her sinks with a separate shower, XL garden tub and large walk-in closet. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout the home and on the porch. Additional box fans are also provided on each floor and deck area. A furnished covered deck with safety gate leads down to a landscaped fenced backyard with pool & new for 2021 hot tub with led lighting. A large pool deck offers sun and shade with a picnic table, sunny seating and table by smoker grill and park style grill. The fenced pool area includes a fire pit for family fun! Only a brief walk to the beach from this corner lot that adjoins the bicycle path. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a beach gear wagon are provided in a secure locked guest closet for your use. Bluetooth compatible tower speakers are on both levels. Emergency Weather FM radio provided.

Up to two adult dogs under 35 lbs. are welcome with notification: no cats please.

This home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules)
