The kitchen is designed for your convenience, equipped with everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a full meal. We provide essential utensils, dishes, silverware, and pots, as well as appliances like a refrigerator, electric oven, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, and washing machine.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

Guests will have access to the shared pool and the condominium's gym. The gym is open 24 hours. The pool is usually closed on Mondays for maintenance, but may also be closed on other days by the condominium administration for additional upkeep.

The use of the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area is available by prior arrangement and requires an additional condominium fee for usage.
