The location was neat. Right in the mix of the restaurants and businesses. Parking took us just a few minutes to find, wasn't as bads as I was expecting based on reading some other reviews in the area.

Wonderful location in the heart of lots of great restaurants and attractions. If you have trouble with stairs, however, be aware that there is a narrow steep staircase to enter the apartment and another set of stairs to get to the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and the second bathroom. Although photos are accurate, the space felt a bit more cramped than I imagined. If you plan to cook in and are sharing with 6 or more people, the tiny dishwasher is a hindrance to using the plenty of dishes and glasses provided. Host was very responsive to our questions & requests. We lucked out with parking directly outside the apartment when we arrived; but then due to time-limits needed to use a parking garage -- then were very lucky again with free parking near the apartment from Saturday night through 9am Monday. Overall a great stay!

Great location in a hip and fun entertainment district! Was everything we were looking for and more. We all had our own bed and there were two bathrooms for all us ladies to share. Highly recommend for a girls weekend or any getaway where fun and accessibility is key. Will be back again next year!!!

Good space & location for a small group or family. The apartment does have two sets of narrow steps so guests need to be able to navigate steps comfortably.

Lyad was amazing to work with and very communicative. He responded quickly to all our questions. When we mentioned there were coffee beans, but no grinder, he had it remedied same day. He also happens to won the most wonderful cafe next door and stopped there everyday for coffee and pastries before heading to the hospital to visit my brother. The one drawback is the stairs to get to the apartment which are probably everywhere in Philadelphia, but for my 85 yr old mother were difficult especially the last couple of steps. A handrail of some sort would be great, but otherwise a great stay!

This was a wonderful stay in a perfect location. The apartment is well located to walk to dinner and we were lucky to also hit the flea market in the square. Great communication with our host who was welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Great bookstore right across the street and a game cafe in walking distance. Saw the chinese lantern festival as well.

Great location and accommodations

The location was great with lots of shops, restaurants, morning and late-night food within a couple of blocks walking. There was a pretty strong scent of weed coming up from the hookah bar next door that was mildly annoying. The space was great for our family of 5. We didn't do any cooking ourselves, but the kitchen was well-equipped and bathrooms were nice.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time staying here, and it comfortably accommodated my whole family. The property was also within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. Iyad responded quickly to any questions I had and made us feel safe and welcomed. We would definitely book again. 10/10

Served our needs well

This was a good location for walking to Olde City and historic sites which is what we wanted. The property was clean and had the space we needed for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher was very small.

Overall property was easy to get into. Property was a little to small for the furniture in the living room. Everything was just as the photos provided. Property contained what we needed in appliances.

The apartment is located near downtown attractions but the entrance and outside of the building is not as advertised. The entrance to the apartment building had trash in the floor before you even reached the front door. The owner sent me the wrong code and the neighbor let us in. It was very dark in the entrance hall, very dirty, trash in the floor, exposed wiring, etc. The front of the building has a for rent/for sale sign and looks abandoned. It does not look like the picture for the outside shown in the listing.

Hi Gena, the front of the building is shown in the pictures. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the curb appeal of the property. The for rent sign is for the storefront. You didnt fully put in the code correctly, that is why you couldn’t get in. The complaints started before you stepped inside.

The apartment was exactly as described. Located in a great location in South Philly. Close and walking distance to many locations if you are with a 30-50 age group or around the corner from the 20-30 age group. Great cafe downstairs for bagels and coffee. Would rent again next visit.
