The home is located on 5 acres of manicured forest and gardens!
Also, short (minutes) walking distance to Hubbard's Beach- local surf spot and bird viewing area.

All sorts of outdoor sports & activities. Great crabbing, fishing, hiking and biking! A true paradise.

Minutes from Port Orford, 1/2 mi from Battle Rock, restaurants, hiking, fishing, crabbing, paddleboarding & scuba diving!

Bandon is 20 minutes North, check out their World Class golf course or stunning beaches!
Gold Beach is 20 minutes South!

I will send lots of recommendations for activities & restaurants prior to arrival!

The home has its own well with an infrared filter- the water tastes amazing.

We will consider (1) small trained dog w/ specific rules. Please message prior to booking with what kind of dog you will bring. There is an additional pet fee as the home will have additional cleaning procedures when pets stay.

Events may be considered only prior to arrival, with a contract and an event fees. Weddings are the most popular on the property.

Main level has the entrance, kitchen, dining, bathroom.
Spiral staircase leads you to the bedroom, separate sitting area, ping pong table &a large deck.

Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, table-top convection oven (oversized) and hot plates.
No oven/stove in this home however I have provided great alternatives.
Stainless steel Toaster, Ninja Blender.
Pot and pans!
MINI WAFFLE maker- yes! I know! I am way excited!
Drip Coffee, kettle for hot water.
Quality coffee, tea and raw sugar provided.
Plenty of beverageware including wine glasses and coffee mugs.

Dining seats 5 and overlooks the forest.

Bathroom is so cute!
Gorgeous, tiled shower, better than hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided (natural, non-chemical). Linens provided, of course!

Upstairs is very large! Plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying quality time with friends or family!
Beds are on opposite sides of the upstairs for privacy!

King bed is a 14-inch gel memory foam mattress with CertiPUR to sleep cooler and with pressure relief.

Pack and play available. With organic bedding.

Writing desk is opposite the bed!

Queen pull out couch is on the opposite side of the upstairs- in the reading nook area. SO both bed spaces are more private.
