When you make a reservation, you agree to the following rules. We kindly ask you to take a few minutes to read them thoroughly. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

❖ OCCUPANCY ❖
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing, which is six people.
Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed.
Violating the occupancy rules will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

❖ PETS ❖
We allow up to two well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or less), subject to the host's approval, for a fee of $90 per stay.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds.
If you leave your dog in the house while you're out, it must be in a crate. We have one crate available if needed.
Please always pick up after your dog. Failure to do so will result in $100 charge.
No cats or other pets allowed.

❖ NO SMOKING ❖
Smoking, including marijuana and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the premises, both inside and outside.
A fee of $250 will be charged to guests who violate this rule.

❖ NOISE REGULATIONS ❖
We ask that you observe quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am.

❖ FIRES ❖
Fires are only allowed in the designated fire pit.
Please do not burn anything other than firewood purchased from a store.
Fires are not permitted when a burn ban is in effect.

❖ CAMERAS ❖
We have outdoor security cameras facing driveways, triggered by motion.
Tampering with security and network equipment will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

❖ HOT TUB USE ❖
The hot tub receives regular maintenance including chemical treatment and scheduled refills. Please help us keep it clean by not using body lotions, oils or bringing sand/dirt.
The property owner is not responsible for any reactions, injuries, or accidents arising from the use of the hot tub. We urge you to exercise caution, and use the hot tub at your own risk. It is the responsibility of each guest to be mindful of their health, potential allergies, and personal limitations while using the hot tub. The owner recommends a responsible and informed approach to hot tub usage, and guests are encouraged to seek professional advice regarding any health concerns before indulging in hot tub activities. By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge and accept personal responsibility for their well-being and any consequences that may arise from its use.
