Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

The Gato Room is located on the 2nd floor and offers a queen bed. This well-lit room features plush furnishings and includes a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, and a PRIVATE bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Enjoy cozy conversation and frosty beverages under the shaded pool tables, surrounded by lush foliage and sultry island breezes. Perfect place for our one night stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Inn on Fleming. The Gato room had everything we needed. It’s was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was easily walkable to downtown. We lucked out and got a parking space nearby.

Everything was really nice. My room was bright and cozy. Quiet at night. I felt safe walking to the Yankee Ferry terminal at 6:40 in the pre-dawn. I found places to eat very close. My only problem was finding parking but finally got a spot in the lane next to the Inn.

The Inn keepers kept us informed throughout the stay. The room was nicely furnished and the location was close enough to walk or ride bikes to most things. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Quiet and Peaceful

This was a lovely decorated unit with a common inside kitchen area and outside area. We appreciated the prompt communication with management even though they were not on site and quietness even though a short walk to all things Key West. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, especially the sweet oranges offered daily in the “dining room”! The only complaint was the mattress was extremely uncomfortable where we felt the springs, leading to back issues when we woke up every day.

Great Inn

Cute little room with great indoor and outdoor common space. Nightly wine and some continental breakfast items were a nice bonus. Good location (few blocks from water) and one block to the free bus. Great communication from owners. Back pool/courtyard and comfortable from porch. Definitely recommend Inn on Flemming!

The Gato room at the Fleming Inn was great for me and my partner. Cute room, ice maker and coffee maker, fridge, ac, tv in room all working. Was clean, quiet, as advertised in pictures. The Inn had nice accommodations such as light breakfast, happy hour, bikes for rent. I loved sipping wine or my morning coffee at the big front porch.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the Gato Room at The Inn on Fleming. The room and property were clean and well maintained. The location of the property is in a quiet part of town, but very convenient to everything with the free bus line just a few feet away and most of the attractions within a 5-15 minute walk. We did a combination of walking and using the bus, which was great. Our only complaint was that we had extremely noisy upstairs neighbors in the middle of the night - this obviously wasn’t the fault of the property management and the rest of the guests were quiet and friendly. We enjoyed using the pool in the evening and found the filtered water and kitchen amenities to be convenient. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Breakfast was basic but functional, I enjoyed a brief soak in the pool with my morning coffee and bagel. Included in the stay was beer and wine in the common area, which facilitated nice visits with several of the other guests after nights out on the town. Common areas were nice and new, our particular room could have used some freshening up. Overall I'd recommend this place.

You were greeted at front desk, breakfast was provided, as well a nice afternoon happy hour. Now that it is a managed property, all of those aspects that made this property seem charming and hospitable are gone. It's simply a text with the code to open the lockbox with a room key. No one comes to check either in person or text, if you need towels replenished etc. The location is nice if you want a place away from the noise on Duval but I am sad that it is no longer run as a Bed and Breakast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely, well-kept property, in a picturesque neighborhood, right on the free shuttle loop. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable,although at the top of very steep stairs, which were a challenge for luggage transport. We enjoyed our stay, but would have appreciated a notebook with area restaurant recommendations, tips, etc., especially since there was no management on site. The offsite Concierge seemed primarily interested in recommending high-end excursions. Also, the pool is really a jacuzzi, albeit in a lovely courtyard.
