➜ Master Bedroom Has 2 Queens, Second Bedroom has 2 Doubles and the Third Bedroom has 1 Double.

➜ Full sets of sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a large fridge and stove.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.



➤ Keys: I provide 2 Keys and 2 fobs with the home. I have a smartlock in which I can send access to if additional guests require access.



➤Fobs: You can get a digital fob from the building office on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Just download the 'Conekt wallet' app and pay a one-time fee of $10 for your entire stay. I will Refund that fee



➤Parking: Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.



➤Luggage Assistance: Arriving early or just wanting to explore without your bags? You can leave your luggage at the front desk between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for only $5 per item. This is a first come, first serve service, and it's not always guaranteed to be available.



The Neighborhood:

Brickell is Miami's vibrant financial district, known for its sleek high-rises, luxury condos, and bustling urban lifestyle. It’s a trendy area filled with upscale restaurants, chic bars, and high-end shopping, especially centered around Brickell City Centre. The neighborhood combines a metropolitan vibe with scenic views of Biscayne Bay, creating a unique mix of business and leisure. It attracts young professionals and international travelers, offering a cosmopolitan atmosphere with easy access to Miami’s cultural landmarks and nightlife, while also being just minutes away from South Beach and Coconut Grove.



Getting Around:

Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation are accessible around the area. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.



Interaction with Guests:

➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.



➤ We both need to sign and submit a short-term lease form for guest registration. This form includes your arrival and departure dates, the lead traveler's name, the primary guest's photo ID, and confirmation of agreement with the building rules.



➤ Packages and mail :

The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
