Due to the high fire danger of the area, no open flames of any kind are allowed in the house or on the property: lighting of fires, incense, or candles is prohibited inside and outside.

No pets allowed. Additional fee of $250 will be charged for each unauthorized pet.

We are a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping will not be tolerated, inside or outside. Any scent of smoke inside structure, you will be responsible for an additional $500 fine.

We have security cameras on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras on the interior of the property. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited.

Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage to host immediately.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.
