With 5 bathrooms, this pleasant retreat ensures everyone's comfort. Enjoy private winged over sized bedrooms and bathrooms, massive 25 foot ceilings with a large living room boasting a High Def 100 inch TV. This house is over 4200 SQ FT!
THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL!! A huge pool, 4 hole mini golf, outdoor BBQ, and much more! Enjoy the convenience of AC, WiFi, heating, and a washing machine during your stay. Plenty of parking, close to everything:
1.2 miles (as quick as 4 minutes) from Harry Reid International Airport!
3 miles (as quick as 9 minutes) to the Las Vegas Strip!

Host was very welcoming. Needs some updates in the house but it was still perfect for what we needed. Pool was cleaned up for us to use. The house was lacking some extra toilet paper and extra towels for almost a full house, but we made due with a Walmart just down the road.

The house was huge, especially for four guys. Master bed was very firm, but some of the other beds were pretty beat up. Nice bath towels, but no hand towels. Quiet neighborhood. Quick communication.

Spacious enough for our large crew. Beautiful kitchen and living room area. Beds are very soft. Neighborhood was somewhat questionable. I did not swim but hubby did and said it was very nice. Floor is gorgeous but slippery when wet so proceed with caution when coming in from the pool. Close to a Walmart and Sam's and has a bbq area so it was nice to cook at home and save money. Communication was easy with property owner. He provided us with extra towels as I had read from previous renters that they were short towels. We also brought our own. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were big. Has two extra rooms that really are not used. Has three air conditioning units to compensate for the size of the house. Nice place with a little wear and tear that once fixed, promises to be a great vacation home. Huuuuge TV.

We had an amazing time, we just wished we had one more day, this home is incredible, the owner was extremely accommodating, the rooms are very spacious, it's excellent for any large group, plenty of space, pool is beautiful, we just had a very good time, next time that were in Vegas we'll definitely be re- booking!!!!!

Perfect Spot!

This was the perfect place for my family and I...All adults, the location is conveniently locatatd near the Las Vegas strip for easy access. And it had all the amenities we were wanting (pool, putting green, gas grill). We had a great time and this will be the place I book moving forward when I come to Vegas!

Host was very responsive to communications. Bedrooms/bathrooms were very spacious and worked well for our larger family group. Living spaces were a bit sterile with little/no wall amenities. Huge living room sofa but unit could use more furniture such as a dining room table (dining room was empty), more island seating and living room end tables.

When it comes to planning a getaway with a large group, finding the right accommodation can make all the difference. I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic vacation rental that perfectly catered to our needs. With enough room for all 10 of us, this place was not only spacious but also conveniently located and incredibly well-managed.

The Property is Spacious and definitely sleeps 10-12 people even though we only had 6. The price point was worth the value but with that said the owner may want to think Landscaping prior to people arriving and have the pool cleaner not suprise you bye walking thru the gate and suprising us. Not that it bothered us Chris was a great guy and funny all the while remaining professional. The property inside is where he may consider switching cleaning company or if it is done bye them pay a little more to details. Maybe even a few starters to clean as needed. Once again no deal breakers as the price point was worth the stay. Just trying to clarify if you are looking upscale this may not be the choice for you. The only complaint I truly have is the homeless have seem to use this property corner to sleep at night due to the house next door is being renovated and it is a circle culdersac. Each night whenwe got back they did quickly move on. Good place for the Dollar just be prepared to a little extra to do before settling in.
