Very nice home and location is great. Place was very clean and had everything we needed The ice machine is a great addition and got put to use the entire trip Hot tub was well maintained, grill was brand new, living area has a ton of space, comfortable beds and furniture We were there during lobster mini season, crazy busy time in the keys. The boat docking can be tight with the neighboring house/seawall but we made it work with a little communication

Excellent Retreat

Great home, just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a restful and fun vacation. We enjoyed a lot fishing right off the back (we caught a lot of legal size fish there) and saw manatees and very nice sunsets. We will consider staying again next time we go to the keys.

Peaceful retreat

You can't beat the location of this home. The views from the deck are wonderful! The location is close to everything you would need in marathon, but yet far enough of the road to be quiet and peaceful. The house was exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The management company is very responsive if you have any issues. We had one minor issue and that we could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan and they came right out and showed us how to do it. We would definitely stay here again.
