Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are each 30 mins down the road. We also have golfing and downhill biking within 2 miles of our home. Enjoy views from our expansive deck, our 2 family rooms plus game room, hot tub, and fully stocked kitchen! Come make lasting memories in our spacious home year round!

Brand new to the rental market, our home is perfectly situated for multi family groups! We also have another 7 bedroom home across the street making these 2 homes perfect for large families or corporate retreats!

Our main level offers our kitchen/dining area, the main living area, a half bath, our master bedroom with king bed, TV and en-suite bath, and a queen size bedroom.

Our upstairs level offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunks as well as a single full bed. All bedrooms have shared jack and jill bathrooms. There is also a family room with TV and queen sleeper sofa.

Our lower level offers a large game room and media room with 100 Inch TV, theater seating, fooseball table, pool table, small kitchen, full bathroom, and a full size futon. This room does have a door for privacy with a full bath making this a 7th bedroom area as well.

Our home is also wheelchair accessible and does have a wheelchair lift making it possible for all to enjoy the main and upstairs level. Please note that this lift is disabled and can only be activated upon request to ensure safety, particularly for children. If you require the use of the wheelchair lift during your stay, simply let us know in advance, and we will be happy to assist you.

the various seasonally available dining options are located).

- A Disc Golf Course is available during the Summer via chairlift access via day lift passes.

signed liability waiver and either a day pass or lift ticket purchase)

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

Rental Rules:

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home (4). No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.
8.) ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community
roads or properties
9.) No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily
10.) Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm
11.) Guests must adhere to all county fire bans.
12.) Fireworks are NEVER permitted

Important to note-
Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
