Dette samfund er fyldt med faciliteter til at holde enhver underholdt! Stor, opvarmet pool, 2 boblebad, sandvolleyballbane, tennis- og pickleballbaner, kulgrilladser og havepavillon til dine udendørs spiseaftener, strandpromenade, der rapper rundt i samfundet til din morgenøvelse, blandingsplads, direkte adgang til stranden alt inden for dette smukt anlagt samfund. Denne ejendom ligger cirka 3 km syd for John's Pass Village på Madeira-stranden, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Har du lyst til at ride nogle rutsjebaner, mens du er i byen? Nice property. No beach view. Kitchen appliances a little dated, and needs new cooking utensils. Everything was pretty clean.

Great location, awesome views. We have booked here multiple times in the last decade. Quiet and safe. This year we did experience sand dredging most of week in bay that had loud boats, on shore bulldozers and equipment beeping ALL night long. Not fault of property but a painOur lock did not work properly and had to reset several times to lockBoardwalk is gone which was big selling point to our lifestyle. Shame. Biggest dissatisfied of week is when my wife an I tried to use south hot tub (9:45 pm) and was locked out because the security person was sick and going home. That is 45 mins before closing. But overall great vacation.

Wonderful...

We had an awesome week! Property was clean, easy access to the beach, great pool! We did have issues with the A/C going out one evening. It was clogged and needed drained. They weren't available until the next day but luckily it was in the evening, so the fans kept us cool. However, they didn't get it fixed until around 2pm the next day. We were out for the day so didn't put a damper on things. It was heavenly to hear the waves crashing from the master bedroom:) Beautiful sunsets!! We will definitely be back!

Best vacation ever!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have been to St. Pete several times and always love it but this location and this condo is by far our favorite! The view from our balcony was awesome. We got to see a lot of sea life that we haven't seen before. Dolphins, Manatees, Stingrays. The Condo was very clean and had superb décor. We will definitely rent this property again! The only complaint was the master bedroom mattress. It had a large swag in the middle and was uncomfortable but small price to pay.

This condo is a "Premier" unit (recently updated) and glad it didn't disappoint with the beautiful décor, and very clean with being able to view wonderful sea life Dolphins, Manatees and Stingrays. We hope you relaxed and had beach/pool time. We will contact the owner concerning the primary mattress being uncomfortable, however, after your stay maintenance had to repair the bed frame, and this may have been the reason for discomfort experienced. We are so pleased you will join us again for a future stay at Land's End!

Typical

Love the area and will be back again someday. Pros: Location was great, close to restaurants, bars and grocery. View from balcony was great as well. The Hot tub located outside this units building was even better than the one by the pool. Living room and balcony furniture are new and comfortable. King bed is comfortable. This unit offered 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and pool noodles. There were several spices, sugar and Salt & pepper left behind. Cons: The entry lock is tricky. after entering the code, turn slowly or lock won't engage. Took some time to figure this out, management was no help at all, in fact acted annoyed when I called for help when entering for the first time and was unable to unlock door. The condo needs a good cleaning, decor was dusty, area rugs were dirty, Pots and pans need replacing and well as most items found in the kitchen. Fitted sheet are pilled, Dryer is still noisy so do laundry during the day.

Poor communication and not clean

When I was looking at listings, this one said that it slept 6. I reserved this property for our family of 5 (and entered info on everyone). When I checked the listing 2 days before our trip to see what details I needed , I noticed that the exact same listing had been decreased to only sleeping 4 people. When I reached out to the management company, they said that the sofa sleeper broke and was not replaced and they forgot to let me know. They said that I could get a refund or they would leave an air mattress. With very expensive flights booked and friends traveling to same location, I did not have the option to cancel. The management company did leave an air mattress but not the proper size sheets and no pillow. There was also no blanket, comforter or anything other than a sheet. Once we got there, I called and texted the management company. This property does not allow you to check in before 4 so we arrived at 4:30 and I called around 5:00 and there was no answer so I left a message. I also texted them. I received a text that my message was logged but I received no callback at all. That evening, I had to pay and buy proper bedding from Target so my son would have a place to sleep. We also had additional issues. There were piles of dirt and dust bunnies behind the master bedroom door. The outdoor furniture was stained, wobbly and uncomfortable (made of PVC pipe). Many of the dishes in the drawers and cabinets were dirty. There was not even one dose of laundry detergent to get started. The doorhandle to balcony was broken. The bedsheets were pilled and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I would have chosen a different location if I had been aware of how strict the rules are at this property (can't even sit and chat on picnic tables after 10pm, can't have a drink on ledge of hot tub, and when the on site property management sees these things occurring on their cameras that they have everywhere, they come out and often times yell at the offenders. We saw a guy scream at a mom that had let her son in the hot tub. He picked up the sign that was nearby (stating no one under 17 should be in hot tub) and he shoved it in her face and asked if she could read. It was extremely rude and hostile and unnecessary. Kids were getting in trouble for tossing a ball around in the pool even if no one else was around. Overall, not a great vacation. Only great part was that the beach was nearby and we saw dolphins outside our window everyday.

Family Vacation at Lands End always a win...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Lands End since I was about 6. Now 37, was able to return with family including nieces and nephews. Being so close to the water and beach makes Lands End a win every time. Building 5 is on top of list for buildings to stay in, being able to see the bay and gulf off balcony gives best opportunity to see dolphins and manatees! This condo was great having 2 king beds, a rare find for sure. We were happy to find beach towels and chairs/umbrellas for use. With family members staying in other condos we were able to see a few other condos that had been completely remodeled as well. I would say for this condo to stand out, upgrading bathrooms would be great to see. Being a family that has come for over 30 years, knowing how prices have increased for stays, looking for condos to buy and knowing how few have been available for sale, we always appreciate seeing updates to condos.

Would not recommend

The unit was not very clean upon arrival and my mother slipped and fell from too much wax being applied to the master bath floor. Her bathmat had splashes of someone else's blood on it as well. I received a text from the management company that I could reply to their text for any help. I did so twice and did not receive a response. When we called, they offered little to no assistance with the issues we were experiencing. To summarize the issues: EXTREMELY loud music being blasted by the trashy bars across the pass at all hours, loud neighbors on their porch at 3am yelling, neighbors smoke wafting into the back door, not enough bathroom towels, zero pool or beach towels available, guest room door didn't close properly, guest bathroom door didn't close properly (issues cited in previous reviews that never were fixed), laundry unit extremely loud, poorly equipped kitchen (didn't even supply dish soap or a sponge!), everything inside kitchen and bath looked like (and functioned) as if it was purchased from the dollar store, elevator broke multiple times during our stay. The pool area was lovely, although populated with regulars that talked incessantly, which made it less relaxing than one would like. The pool area also attracted several ignorant, homophobic, and racist visitors that felt the need to share their opinions loudly and offensively. The beach is gorgeous. When the music across the pass finally stopped, the sound of the lapping waves was wonderful. Proximity to the beach is great. The sunsets were second to none. I would not recommend this unit for a future visitor, and advise looking for a unit in a quieter building that faces the Gulf directly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pros: Check in process was quick & easy. If you want to hear the surf on the rocks the entire stay, building 5 is your building ! It’s amazing ! There was a problem with the AC & it was addressed promptly by Resort Rentals. Lots of games, books, toys, beach toys/chairs, fishing poles, etc. - very well stocked condo ! The Cons: The water pressure is poor in the kitchen which makes it difficult to clean dishes off & it takes a long time to fill up coffee pot & pans. The metal hand can opener doesn’t work & I had to borrow one from a neighbor. The Teflon on the pans is peeling off which make them unsafe to use. The 9x13 cake pan was covered in rust & not usable. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the balcony is very difficult to open & close - most people would have trouble opening it. Only 4 bath towels & 4 washcloths make it necessary to do laundry daily if not multiple times per day & while on vacation, who wants to do that ?? More towels would make it more of a vacation. The outdoor tile steps in our building had black mold all over them which was slick & unsightly - in our 10 years of vacationing here, this was a first.

That is awesome the condo was stocked with many beach items and games and books. We apologize if the water pressure was poor, we could have addressed this issue, and the other items of concern could have been taken care of had we been notified. We could have notified Land's End of the outdoor tiles as well. We hope you were able to relax and have pool/beach time during your stay. We hope you will consider joining us again for a future stay.

Reviewer Comments: Great area, water views and private beach, nice deck chairs though smokers in unit below ours often forced us off the deck and close doors at night (Smoking should not be allowed - we come to inhale the clean fresh air not someone else's gross smelling smoke fumes), cleaning crew not thorough either - coffee maker was filthy and full of grounds, fitted queen sheet on king bed unfurled in middle of night, fan lights did not work in 3 rooms, lamp shade in one BR was broken and DR credenza decorative lamp glass was left broken with jagged and cracked glass - a real danger if touched. Problems with kitchen outlets - had to twice switch plugs for toaster oven on another outlet to get the coffeemaker outlets to work - go figure. MBR frame not aligned to wall - too heavy to move - sloppy. I had to take the shower caddy off the shower head after bending over to adjust the water knob and cut my head open on of the 2 side protruding caddy side bars.
