Denne fantastiske 2 soveværelser, 2 bad Condo har en åben og rummelig stue og spisestue område, et fuldt udstyret og smukt opdateret køkken med granit bordplader, dejlig indretning med smagfulde farver, fliser og trægulve i hele samt en dejlig balkon lige fra af stuen. Hver lejlighed har 2 balkoner til brug, 1 ud for soveværelset og den anden med udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf! Denne placering er perfekt til en familieferie, da der er en park på forsiden af ejendommen og en pool og stranden i ryggen! Enhed nr. 1 er 1 trappeopgang og på det sydlige hjørne. Kom og spil på vores strande i dag !! BEMÆRK: Dette er en fuldstændig ikke-ryger ejendom. Der er ingen elevator på dette sted, kun trapper til adgang. Denne placering har 4 forskellige 2-værelses, 2 bad enheder med hver har en semi privat strand balkon fra stuen området samt en privat balkon ud foran lejligheden. Hver condo har en komfortabel strand indretning overalt, individuelle vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til brug, onsite parkering og hver sover op til 5 gæster. Onsite er en opvarmet - privat pool, direkte adgang til stranden, legepladsområde på tværs af gaden for børnene, kullgrill og gårdhave område for de aften cookouts sammen med alt andet, du har brug for for en virkelig mindeværdig strandferie. Du vil finde John's Pass Village cirka 5 miles mod syd, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Har du lyst til at køre nogle rutschebaner mens du er i byen? Busch Gardens i Tampa er cirka en times kørsel væk eller ramte Disney parkerne og alle de andre seværdigheder i Orlando på bare 2 timer. Florida Aquarium i Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of the Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, smukke statsparker og miles af strande er blot en håndfuld grunde til at besøge vores Pinellas County strande !!! Great location

This unit is in a wonderful spot close to the beach. The unit was in need of some minor maintenance inside and a bit more maintenance outside. Things you would expect at the price. Would we go back?

Beach vacay

The location was great. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was nice to have just down from our condo. I am glad we stayed on the first level. The furniture was outdated and not as comfortable at other condos we have stayed in. There is only one tv in the condo. Our stay overall was amazing!

Sunset Villa in Redington Shores was the perfect place to do this for 30 enjoyable days. We drove down and took everything but the kitchen sink. We will return!

While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

We aren't the type to complain, but a vacuum and cleaning supplies would have been great! Furniture is so outdated! Jean material for couch, ripped arm chairs and stains on chair. Broken lamp socket, ceiling fan light kits shot, and 3 electrical outlets so dangerous we didn't use them. Cleaning lady left disgusting dirt on floors and bathroom and kitchen not cleaned. I loved the quiet serenity but honestly, you have a multi-million dollar property!! Take care of it and upgrade it! I work in lighting in Look me up should you want to design something gorgeous!!All in all, I would rent again for beach location which was beautiful! However, I would buy supplies prior and also equip the unit with beach chairs and floor fans.

Great Beach Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at Sunset Villas and this time our inlaws joined us. We were in Unit #2 and they were in unit #1. Both places were very clean and comfortable. We liked some of the upgrades from the previous year (kitchen, king size bed, etc.). We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and had fun BBQ'ing and swimming in the pool with our two young kids. We'd highly recommend this spot and will be back soon.
