Our cabin comfortably sleeps families and small groups with a queen bedroom downstairs, a spacious upstairs loft featuring bunk beds and a twin ottoman pull-out, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, we've recently added **new window A/C units** that keep the cabin cool and comfortable during the warmer summer months.

After a day of adventure, relax with a family movie night, play board games, or soak in the deep bathtub before settling in for a peaceful night's sleep surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada.

* One small or medium dog is welcome (pet fee applies)

* Two exterior security cameras (facing outward) and one camera in the downstairs storage room
* Cabin is located on a hillside with approximately 32 steps to the front door
* Please remove shoes upon entering and use the shoe trays provided
* Two snow sleds available for guest use during winter
* Deck, stairs, and driveway may be slippery during wet or icy weather
* As a true mountain cabin, wildlife such as deer, wild turkeys, bears, and other native animals are common. Please remain aware, especially after dark.

Winter Travel

If you're visiting during the winter season, please plan accordingly:

* We have the driveway plowed before your arrival whenever possible.
* Our driveway is steep. **4WD or AWD is strongly recommended**, and carrying tire chains is advised during snowy or icy conditions.
* During active snowfall, guests may need to shovel the walkway or stairs. A shovel is located beneath the deck at the first landing.
* Please be aware that mountain storms can occasionally cause power outages. The cabin does not currently have a generator, and all heating sources are electric.
