I gave the property and the host a 5 star review, as it was a very nice property, it was clean, and Jonny was very accommodating. It was a good property for kids to have room to play and plenty of sleeping room. However, I feel it's worth mentioning and advising, to be sure to read the rules regarding the number of people allowed at the house at any time - regardless if they are staying there or not. I'd planned a groom's dinner for 17 guests and didn't realize the house maximum was 16 until after I'd received an email a few days before and read this rule. I contacted Jonny and was open and honest about the number of guests I had invited to make sure one extra guest would be o.k. He contacted the property management team for approval, but they would not make an exception for the extra person no matter what. I'd already made all of the arrangements for the food, etc., and didn't have time to make any location changes for the dinner. Therefore, we had to tell my son's best friend and his wife that they couldn't come to the dinner, which was embarrassing and sad. Other than the 2 hours for the dinner, we had max of 10 people there at any time. I will take full responsibility for not being aware of the 16 person rule, but was also taken aback that a little 'southern hospitality' wasn't extended, which unfortunately put a bit of a damper on staying there. Other than that, it was a beautiful home and property and I would recommend it for a group setting for 16 or less.
