The incredible Mediterranean I condominium, located within the Iberostar complex, has 24-hour security, free parking, surrounded by greenery and 550 meters from Ibero beach.
Wonderful apartment! The property has 3 beautiful air-conditioned suites, a beautifully decorated living room, full kitchen and furnished balcony. Perfect destination for those looking to relax and be in contact with nature!
We take great care of the apartment, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;
***A deposit of R$800.00 is required. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be returned within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled);
**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate; For reservations over 30 days, we charge for water and electricity.*
****You will need to send documents for registration and release at the reception/property.
The suites are arranged as follows:
Suite 1 (Ground floor): 2 single beds, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 2 (Ground floor): 2 single beds, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 3 (Ground floor): 1 queen bed, TV, air conditioning, curtain, black out and closet.
Suite 1 shares a bathroom with guest room.
The Mediterranean I condominium is a high-rise development. Located in Praia do Forte, in the Iberostate complex, the place is in a prime and important spot in Camaçari. Surrounded by nature and tourist attractions, the place provides peace and comfort for its guests.
