Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No parties or events.
No smoking inside; you may smoke on the back patio.
No illegal substances.
No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
No candles or open flames.
Keep doors shut when the AC is on; Florida humidity can damage the system.
Minimum AC temperature: 70°F.
Visitors are welcome but may not stay overnight.
Close and lock all windows/doors when leaving.
Only flush toilet paper; use the provided trash can for other items.
Return all pool items to shed
Place corn hole in bag and place in shed
Report any damages immediately so we can address them together.
