This beautifully designed home features large windows that frame panoramic water views from nearly every room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the expansive deck, while watching the boats go by and the sun set behind the mountains. Inside, the open-concept living area invites relaxation with comfortable seating, a modern kitchen, and tasteful décor.

INTERIOR SPACE:
Your group will enjoy spreading out in the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining room of the home. All have prime views, designer furnishings, and every convenience you could ask for.
This is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

Those sleeping in the master bedroom downstairs can wake up with a view of the water and mountains or keep the blackout curtains pulled tight and sleep in late. This bedroom features a king bed and a mid-century Brasilia dresser (a design which was first debuted at our very own Seattle World's Fair).

The master bathroom is also on the lower level of the home. This bathroom has it all: a double vanity, step-in shower, and a jetted tub.

The second bedroom, also on the lower level of the home, includes a large office space for those who may need to work from home during their stay. WFH with a view!

The third bedroom, on the main level of the home, has been designed with a clean "rustic urban" feel. Cozy and inviting, this room offers a ceiling fan as well as a portable air conditioner during summer months.

The home's second full bathroom, on the main level, is especially easy to navigate for those with mobility concerns. There is a step-free shower with well-positioned handrails. This bathroom is located right outside the main floor bedroom.

A full laundry room completes the interior of the home.

EXTERIOR:
The upper and lower decks were built to take full advantage of the glorious views from this home. The upper deck, accessed from the main level, has an outdoor sofa and grill. The lower deck is where the hot tub is located. Enjoy Seattle's mild weather and live the indoor/outdoor lifestyle on your vacation!


NOTE:
Hot tub is a 3-person only. No exceptions.
House is located down a gravel driveway, and the carport can be a tight fit. So only small or medium-sized cars are recommended. There is street parking a block or two away up the hill for larger vehicles.
The entire home is available for rent, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Please note, an additional small bedroom and closet are locked off for owner storage.
Downstairs fireplace is decorative only.
This is a NON-SMOKING home. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee to cover odor removal and any restoration costs. Thank you for respecting our home.
