Family Fun

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We so enjoyed our time at Aviro by the Sea. The set up of the home was perfect for our family. The home does have multi levels with plenty of stairs so need to be very cautious with toddlers and elderly. The location of the home was perfect!! Can walk to town and the beach. Would suggest that they place box fans in each bedroom. The views from inside and outside of the home are fantastic.

A great walk to town

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really lovely to be so close to downtown Carmel & the beach. This gave our group the opportunity to go to and from the house without a car & to not always have stay together as a group! The view from the living room & master bedroom was so beautiful! We also enjoyed sitting on the upper patio on the lounge chairs. House was very clean & had more than enough room to accommodate us!

The most beautiful rental!

This was probably the best home I’ve ever rented! From the decor, coziness, the thorough explanations of how to use all the amenities…there was no detail missed! I certainly hope to stay at this home again in the future.

Family Getaway

I brought my large family of 8 kids to this place and it was a great experience. Beautiful neighborhood and great place to stay. Views of the ocean from our bedroom window. My kids loved the playroom and the bunkbeds downstairs. We will definitely be back.

Great place for families with a bunk room for 4 kids. Location is excellent…walk to beach and town as advertised. We were four adults in a golf group so sharing bathrooms was a bit challenging as it was for the one who pulled the short bunk room straw. Kitchen perfectly equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking. The patio has built in heaters and has a beautiful view of the ocean when the fog lifts. All I all a good stay.

Beautiful property!

This home was fantastic, especially for our extended family trip. We had a set of grandparents, and sibling with his spouse, another sibling, and 4 kids aged 1 to 9. The home worked great! It’s walking distance to the town center and beach. Our kids did it just fine, even with some hilly stretches. It was a wonderful property and we are thankful to have had the use of it.

Perfect Location in Carmel By The Sea

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a 10-minute walk to both the beach and downtown Carmel. It is a beautiful home with plenty of living space for large families. It does not have air-conditioning, but for most of the year it isn't necessary anyway. I would recommend the home to anyone looking to vacation in Carmel.

This sweet place was nestled among the trees.

We gathered family to attend the funeral of my brother. Everything was perfect and we had a very nice stay. The cottage was immaculate and very well appointed. There were outside heaters to calm the cold coastal weather. Contact with the Sanctuary team was quite easy.My only complaint was that there were no kitchen towels. There were paper towels but I searched long and hard for kitchen towels to dry the hand washed dishes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was comfortable but if it gets 65 up the big picture window in den facing west heats up the den around 4:30. Suggest tinting outside of picture window. Love patio area. Kitchen could use a couple of skillets. Very quiet and peaceful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Avrio by the Sea for the 2nd time and were not disappointed!!! What a great house and location!!! We have been renting in Carmel sine 2015 and we are so happy we found this beautiful home. Everything was wonderful! I love to cook, being from Louisiana, and the kitchen is so well equipped. It does get a little cramped with 2 or more people but that is an easy fix!!! I just kick everyone out! Ha! I absolutely love Carmel and love Avrio!!! It’s all we could ask for!!! PS Sanctuary Realty does a great job managing the property!!! They are punctual in replying and responding!!! Thank you, Sally
