• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.
• Small gatherings are not welcomed - outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking are not allowed and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund.
• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.

There is free parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars, as well as street parking in front of the home.

**No more than 3 cars are allowed from guests on the property**.

The home features keyless entry with a keypad and is secured by Ring Security.

I am available via the Ring Doorbell, phone, & AirBnB messaging app and will respond promptly to any inquiries or issues you may have.

Small quiet neighborhood right off the I-20 Highway for easy access to everything in the city.

Please note that this home is a Duplex, there is a downstairs unit with a separate guest. They have their own private entrance and driveway, the only shared space will be the backyard where the entrance to the other unit is.

Local guests (if you live within the metro Atlanta & surrounding areas) are not allowed. In the event you instant book, your reservation will be subject to cancellation.
