Three Seas at the Beach is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse built in 2021 with custom finishes throughout. This property is an easy 4 minute walk to the beach. You will see a pride of ownership throughout this home, which is extremely well maintained and in excellent condition. We hope you feel welcome when you stay!



The Space:

Enjoy the reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Two private patios allow you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! Close to most everything on the island, and you'll love the proximity to the beach!



All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, and paper products. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for rentals.



Other Things to Note:

Thank you for choosing Three Seas at the B for your vacation! We love our home and are happy to share it with you! We ask that you please use the placemats provided while dining and our walls are sensitive, so please be careful with your luggage while coming up and down the stairs.



Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
