Located in the exclusive, family-friendly gated Longue Vue community. It offers a superb location just one block from the shops and dining options of Seacrest Beach and within a short walk to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This Seacrest rental has everything you need for a high-end beach retreat. Guests will appreciate the private, gated road and convenient beach access, located only 100 steps away. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and property are fabulous! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking for large group easy. The resort area was safe with close easy access to beach. Our area of the beach was clean, not crowded and our chairs & umbrellas were always set up and ready.

Property is very clean and the listing is pretty accurate minus the portion stating there is not any hidden fees. The property details about the beach access but does fail to mention the beach chairs have to be rented from the company assigned by the HOA in order to use the beach access. The HOA does not allow anyone over the age of 18 to utilize the beach without paying for a beach chair rental. A set of beach chairs for one day (two chairs and one umbrella) cost 85 plus tax. When renting houses that sleep 10-14 people that is a very large additional expense not mentioned in the listing. The house is very pretty and very well stocked full of things you may need. The location is nice, however the additional fees in order to utilize the beach access need to be detailed in the listing.

We were all able to get in as planned and make it to the beach for sunset after dinner. Weather was beautiful. Only one rainy day, but that was spent having fun playing games. Everyone enjoyed spending time at the beach & pool. The home was beautiful. Comfortable beds and linens. Loved the location & short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower head was broken when we arrived and I left them know & it was replaced immediately. Always quick to respond with any questions. Sad to leave! Would love to return!

Family Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has an awesome location and accommodated our large family with ease. We loved the pool, which had lots of shade and privacy. The beach was incredibly close. We truly loved our stay here. However, the description very throughly explains that you can’t bring your own beach chairs and that you have to rent, which we were totally okay with. The problem is, that this is not the full story. The beach is completely sectioned off by each HOA. The section of beach that was supposed to be usable through our rental’s neighborhood HOA would not even let you sit on the beach with towels. If you wanted to physically be on the beach you had to rent chairs which were $85 a day. We worked around this by walking down the beach a bit to a section not being so closely monitored. If we HAD to have chairs to simply be on the beach that should have been clearly stated or the chair rentals should be included in the house rental.

The rules surrounding the private beach at Longue Vue are set by the HOA and outlined both in our listing and in the arrival information. As noted, personal chairs and umbrellas are not permitted from March through October. To access the beach, each adult guest is required to rent a beach set (chairs and umbrella), and up to two minors may sit in front of the set on towels. This policy is enforced by the beach service provider and HOA, and we aim to make it as clear as possible prior to arrival. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and are glad you were still able to enjoy the beach during your stay. Your feedback will help us continue improving communication so that expectations are aligned from the beginning. We hope to welcome you back for another great stay soon!

This house is in a perfect location! We love traveling to Rosemary, and everything was just a short walk/bike ride away. There was no hassle on the beach, and it’s private for the neighborhood. It was such an easy walk back and forth, even with a 4 month old. Our boys played in the pool the entire trip while the adults watched from the many balconies. The 4th floor was amazing for watching sunrises and sunsets with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only minor detail was that there is no pantry. With food for 10 people, it was a bit chaotic in the kitchen, but we made it work. We will definitely be back!! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful.
