Amazing stay

The property is located in a great area. Lots to do and close to the beach. Very nice place!!! Lots of room and very clean.

The house and pool were great especially the kids enjoyed the pool. Super clean home and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for the beaches. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of dishes for our party of 9. We would stay there again if in Siesta Key!

Christmas holiday

Great holiday getaway. House is in a great location for accessing Siesta Key and Sarasota. Vacation home was clean, plenty big enough for kids, dog and adults. The pool and house were comfortable and accurate to the listing.

Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was exactly as listed. We all enjoyed the pool and the closeness of the house to the beach. The communication with the property manager was excellent also. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and Crescent beach. It is roomy and the beds were very comfortable. We had up to 9 people staying at one time and the 2 sitting areas were convenient for the larger group. 3 bathrooms were a necessity and each was large enough for those using it. The pool and pool area are large enough for a group this size. The house could be a "5" rating with just a little work: improved patio/pool furniture; bakeware, casserole dishes and better silverware (there were no teaspoons for eating), and better beach furniture with a wagon for carrying would be nice. Several things were broken (blinds on door to pool, toaster oven in main kitchen, and hair dryer only blows cold air). It could also have been cleaner (sand in and under living room couch) and provide additional cleaning supplies for longer stays (no stove top cleaner). There were no utensils for the grill. Also, including some games/toys would be nice, and the kids room could use a dresser. Despite these issues, we had a great stay and really loved the location. Mark was also responsive to requests for additional beach towels and pool chairs as well as getting the washers fixed early in our 5 week stay.

Short Walk To Siesta Key

The location was good. The home is a 1/2 mile walk across the south connector to Captain Curt's, making it easy to walk to some locations and Point of Rocks beach. The house has a lot of room if you have a big group.The home was listed for sale during the time we were there, so it isn't clear if this home will continue to be offered for rent if it remains on the market.There were a number of maintenance related items we shared with the management company. Hopefully these will be addressed for the next renters. The screen porch had missing and torn screens which were only partially repaired while we were there, so we used duct tape to repair some of the worst areas to reduce the bugs. Additionally the floors were in need of cleaning when we arrived, so we purchased cleaning supplies and a swiffer for use while we were there.The management company could have been more responsive on repairs, or possibly pushed to have items addressed prior to rental. We also had a disappointing result with the pool heat, likely due to communication with the pool management company. The result was that our grandkids didn't get to use the pool after they arrived from New York. It is a beautiful pool though.Hopefully the items we experienced were due to a new rental in transition to become a rental. It was still rough around the edges during our stay, but this could become a very nice rental.
