In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (on Airbnb chat) which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbour`s, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.

🚫 No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.

🐾 NO pets are allowed.

🔑 Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
