Nice place for a large group, especially with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It was not super clear, to me anyways, that it’s actually 2 units that make up the 6 bedrooms, with 2 common spaces. However, the doors are right around the corner.

It was big enough for 14 of us without us being on top of each other. When I had questions the host got back with me quick. The place was great for our group

Great Property!

Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up when we come back to Philly!

We rented both Unit A and Unit B over the Fourth of July. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to numerous maintenance issues that appear to have been ongoing.The biggest issue was that the air conditioner in Unit B did not work. Previous reviews indicate the owners were already aware of this problem, yet it had not been repaired. During the July heat, Unit B became virtually unlivable for about half of our stay.Other issues that had also been mentioned by previous guests were still unresolved. The upstairs ceiling fans didn't work, the washing machine was inoperable, and the refrigerator had a constant alarm that would not stop. The dining table was broken, and much of the furniture appeared to be inexpensive, low-quality pieces that are showing significant wear.The mattresses were stained, worn out, and among the worst we've experienced in a vacation rental. This made for a very uncomfortable nights rest.The property has a great layout with two separate living spaces, but it is clear that routine maintenance and upkeep have been neglected. While unexpected repairs can happen, it's frustrating to discover that many of these same issues had been reported by previous guests and were still not addressed. We hope the owners invest in the necessary repairs because this property has the potential to be a great place to stay--until then, stay away!

The property is a good size and the rooms looked like the photos but we had some issues. Management/owners were quick to address our issues, there were some delays due to the holiday. Location was convenient in relation to where our local family lived. Parking, while some blocks didn't have parking restrictions, spots are sparse at night. Units aren't connected, you have to go outside to get from one to the other. Unit A had a sump pump issue which made the 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths in the lower level unusable for a few days, it did get fixed. We had 10 people staying so some ended up in hotels. Because of that issue that unit was just used to sleep in the 1 bedroom available. Unit B was were we spent most of our time/holiday. It was a good size for our family. Overall the unit is a little worn down. One table that is supposed to extend no longer extends, some of the chairs are bent, the sensor for the fridge constantly thinks it's open but it's closed, the garbage disposal wasn't working, the handyman came and fixed it but after 1 use the button was unusable again. The pullout couch was broken, which we were told would be replaced. Wifi isn't the strongest if you have multiple people on at once. Our family rents a house every Thanksgiving so we can all stay together, didnt go exactly as planned but we made it work.

This property needs a lot of care. Broken fans, windows that don’t close properly, dirty furniture, squeaky beds, corroded fixtures, broken dishwashers, poorly functioning AC, generally unclean throughout. Here’s the topper, there is an active mice infestation in the upper unit. It really is a shame, because it is one of the newer units on the block, and it could be nice, but it has not been kept up in any reasonable manner.

While the house had plenty of space for our large group, the conditions in Unit upstairs made our stay incredibly uncomfortable. When we arrived, the AC was completely off and the indoor temperature was a stifling 91 degrees. Because it was so hot outside, it took three full days to cool down to a bearable temperature. The bedroom ceiling fans were also inoperable, so there was absolutely no air circulation and no offer of alternate fans. My daughter had to sleep on the downstairs couch, and the rest of us spent three miserable nights sleeping in the heat. We messaged the host, but nothing was actually fixed during our stay.On top of the heat, several other things were broken or neglected: the upstairs washing machine didn't work, the refrigerator wouldn't stop beeping a "door ajar" alarm even though it was closed, and we had to deal with ants and roaches inside. The host did give us a small discount, but it really didn't make up for losing the enjoyment of the upper bedrooms for most of our trip and compounded with other items that do not align with our expectations of a VRBO property.
