Escape to paradise in this stunning, newly remodeled beachfront condo located at the sought after Celadon Beach Resort. This one bedroom condo with bunks is a perfect retreat for your family. You will feel right at home on the beach with all the extra upgrades the owners have taken. From extra space in the kitchen to comfortable seating in the living room- it will be hard to get to the beach with all the comforts in the room! With stunning from the living room good luck deciding between hanging out on the balcony or soaking up the sun at the beach- in your included beach chair service!

Very impressed with this condo. It was well kept and the communication with the rental company was great! They made sure we had the best time. The pools were nice and we liked that we had 2 pools to choose from. Definitely recommend this unit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For us location is key. Celadon gave us that. Only one drawback was the weather. Could be a bit warmer, but it was was warmer than back home. Looking forward to next year!

My boys and I had an amazing 5 days here! The condo was very clean and had every thing we needed and the view from the balcony is breath taking. This was the first time my boys have seen the ocean and they cried when we stepped out on the balcony for the 1st time. We will definitely be back! Beds were all comfortable including the pull out couch. Both pools and hot tubs are great but we spent most of our pool time at the one across the street. Each one offers sun and shade which is nice when you need a break from the sun for awhile. Beach service was easy to set up each day also. The elevators can be a bit of a wait sometimes but the longest we ever waited was 15-20min. I’ve stayed in other condos where the wait is way longer. Not the owners fault at all just wanted to mention it. Thank-you guys so much for a wonderful stay!

Clean & comfortable beach front condo…the weather was cloudy & cool, but at least we did not have to fight the crowd. Kendal was a great host very responsive…thanks for sharing your unit for others to enjoy!

Air conditioner was defective and finally went out at 10 pm. Tried to reset and wouldn’t reset. They knew it was bad because they told me to find the reset on top of cardboard box. Next day HVAC contractor fixed it.Check in procedure was confusing toa 70 yo senior. Code didn’t work when we arrived and again a day before we were to check out.Gorgeous ocean view.

Hi Becky, I'm sorry that was your perception of what happened during you stay. The HVAC humidity sensor went out and did require resetting, which was simply pressing a button. The next day, it was replaced and to my knowledge, never again caused any trouble. This sensor is necessary to keep the condo humidity low and the temperature comfortable at all times. Mold is prevalent in FL and it is critical to keep the moisture levels low. You did struggle with the door code and later apologized and said it was confusing because you have dementia. I then offered to shorten your door code from 6 digits to 4 digits so it would be easier to remember. You declined and said it would be ok, The door code never failed to work. It was user error, but we were happy to talk you thru the process when needed. Wishing you all the best:-)

Peaceful

Clean and comfortable condo with beautful view of the beach and gulf. Perfect if you"re looking for a peaceful stress-free break on the west end of town. Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Host communication at arrival and departure was great. Five stars!

We had a fabulous stay! The king bed is among the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in a condo rental (and I’ve been coming to PCB 1-2 times a year for 30 years.) Communication leading up to, during and after our stay was great! The condo is exactly as described. The location is on the west end of the beach and away from the high traffic areas. It was easy to access everything at Celadon Beach Resort. The longest we waited for an elevator was maybe 1 1/2-2 min. The beach chairs were very nice and easy to set up with the attendant. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Celadon 1203 Review

Somehow I missed the fact that the pooĺ for guests was across the street by pàrking garage.There were no safety grab bars ìn either bath. Other than those items, the condo was very nice.

Hey Linda! I am so sad that you missed the gulf front pool! There is a pool and a hot tub directly on the beach. The one across the street is an indoor/outdoor pool so I'm sure you enjoyed that one :) We are lucky at Celadon to have 2 pools! I wish we had known you needed a grab safety bar, we could have taken you one! We are always only a phone call or text away. Hope to have you stay in the future!

Condo was very clean & kitchen was well stocked. Both bathrooms were good size, not cramped. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows & sheets available. Previous guests (I guess) had left books which I enjoyed. Lisa checked in to make sure everything was good.

I’m already looking forward to staying in this condo next summer! This was by far the best beach reservation I’ve ever made. Great accommodation for the cost, tons of “extras” in the condo for the beach (cooler, sand toys, boogie board, etc… that stuff that takes up so much room in your car traveling but you know you have to take),received door code when expected, didn’t have to wait forever for elevators, the beds were comfortable and high quality, etc. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this property!
