This cozy condo features a spacious primary bedroom with a King-sized bed and a dedicated office nook, perfect for working remotely or planning your next adventure. The room offers a restful retreat with soft linens, modern decor, and ample natural light.
LIVING AREA
The living room includes a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a wide-screen Smart TV for your entertainment. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the stunning scenic views of the mountains.
DINING & KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining area comfortably seats 6 guests.

A free shuttle to Vail is available, and it’s just a 1-minute walk to the Riverfront Gondola, providing seamless access to world-class slopes and mountain activities.
In the warmer seasons, enjoy Nottingham Lake, just a 1-minute walk away, where you can paddleboard, kayak, or swim in the scenic waters. For a fun outing, drive only 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater to enjoy a variety of cultural and musical performances throughout the year.
When you’re not out exploring, the condo’s location makes it easy to experience the local charm of Avon. Discover local shops and restaurants, with options for every taste. In the morning, head to Loaded Joe’s for a gourmet hot drink on their covered patio, where you can sip coffee while soaking in the mountain views. In the evenings, enjoy the unique dining scene in Avon, with several one-of-a-kind restaurants just minutes from your door.
There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.
The morning of check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.
IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
