Minimums ophold på 90 dage, åben for at forhandle priser for langtidsleje (over 6 måneder). Alle værktøjer, internet og kabel er inkluderet. Slap af i de beroligende lyde fra nedbrudte bølger og coqui-frøer i vores hyggelige, totalrenoverede condo. Vores ø-hjem har direkte adgang til stranden og er inden for en kort gåtur til Ritz, Walgreens og Pueblo købmand. Lejligheden har to queensize-senge og en sovesofa til komfortabelt sove 5. Vi har to fladskærms-tv'er - et i det midterste soveværelse og et i stuen. Det nye køkken har alt hvad du har brug for, inklusive: gryder og pander, tallerkener, sølvtøj, kopper, glas, krus. Vi har også en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler og central A / C. Lejlighedskomplekset har en swimmingpool. Isla Verde er et meget walkable underholdningsdistrikt, vi er beliggende en bygning over fra Ritz Carlton.

Paradise Stay

This place is definitely a very special, gorgeous, amazing Condo! Beautiful views, the beach was great, the local restaurants were wonderful. Manuel was an excellent host! The Condo was well furnished, dishes, pots, pans, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing!

Manuel could not have been a better host - he provided a very detailed email prior to our check in and ensured we had everything we needed through out our stay! The home was clean, well stocked, extremely inviting, and has stunning views. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

Even with Covid-19 we still had a great time.

Apartment was just as lovely as pictures indicate and Manuel was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was well stocked with plates and utensils, cleaning products, toiletries, and more ... even a couple of imported beers in the ‘fridge. We began every day on the deck with coffee and an ocean view and even doing the dishes isn’t so bad with such a pretty background. Due to covid-19 restrictions, we couldn’t deal with an appliance issue as rapidly as we’d have liked, but Manuel was ready to move as soon as conditions allowed. The condo building is being renovated post-Maria, and there was at times loud work being done on our floor during business hours. On the other hand, the airport noise that some have written about never bothered us. During the stay-at-home time, one was able to exercise, get some sun, or read in the fresh air of the condo’s common area. We very much enjoyed Isla Verde. The beach was great to walk on (before the government closed it) and the Atlantic was warm. Nice restaurants, drug stores, ice cream parlors, and so forth are within walking distance. A great time, given trying circumstances, in a highly recommended condo.

We loved our stay! Beautiful beaches!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the beach was just awesome! We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the sun set in the evenings. The place is in a great location to walk to restaurants, bars, casinos and the grocery store. The only drawback was the close proximity to the airport and the noise from the planes taking off and landing.

It was wonderful , I wished I lived there . The condo was very nice.

We would surly stay there again , and Manual you were the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every thing was so handy being so close ,food was also very good .

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed for a week at this condo and had an amazing experience! The condo is clean and stocked with anything you would need, and the grocery/convenience stores are within walking distance. The pictures don't do the gorgeous view justice! The pool was also great and had a lot of chairs to relax nearby. Manuel and Candy provided a lot of useful information and were very attentive.

Great beachfront stay!

We recently stayed at this unit and it was wonderful. The view is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. We found the condo easy to navigate and within walking distance of several restaurants. Our kids are ages 8, 5 and 2. The condo was family friendly and felt safe. Since we have young kids, we were searching for a place that was beachfront and a pool, so this had it all. Manuel was easy to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. I'd highly recommend for anybody wanting to visit the San Juan area.

It was amazing!

My mother and I were fortunate to spend a week there in August and OMG! It’s taken me this long to write because I’m still amazed at the wonderful time we had. The condo is beautiful, has a fantastic view of the water, and is stocked full of amenities and surprises that made it the perfect location. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to anything you’d want like grocery stores, casinos, local restaurants and shops, we were able to walk or Uber everywhere within a reasonable time. All our friends and family were so jealous, this was definitely better than staying at a hotel. We’re already planning our next trip! This would make the ideal vacation spot for family trips, friends’ weekends, and romantic getaways alike, which is rare for a single destination.

I usually visit this area frequently and will not hesitate to stay at this property when traveling to Puerto Rico. Stunning view! Attentive Owner!! Loved it!!

This was the first time I ever rented a condo or even used Home Away. I am so pleased that I did. The condo was described accurately. The pictures do not do it any justice. The view was absolutely stunning!! Manuel the owner had GREAT customer service. He was very prompt in the emails we exchanged prior to my arrival. His instructions on getting there and how to access the property were very thorough and even came along with pictures that helped out a lot. The condo is very secure. I liked that it had it's own parking spots since we did rent a vehicle. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed in case you forgot something. The only problem I had was accessing the Wifi which wasn't really problem because I text Manuel and he responded right away and helped me fix the problem. I loved that it has it's own washer and dryer because we did do the ATV's and came back muddy so I was able to wash everyone's clothes. The 2 full washrooms helped out a lot when we all needed to get ready. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives.

Our dream come true

Great cozy little condo, loved the security and the closeness to the hotels and main strip. Loved that it was handicap accessible also. We were able to get around with a wheelchair without to much trouble. The view from this condo was incredible! Loved the hand-painted framed pictures throughout the condo, nice touch! My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

Gorgeous Views, Wonderful location, Attentive Owner

Our group compromised of two couples so this two bedroom, two bathroom condo worked well for us. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, pool, nice restaurants, grocery stores, bars and casinos. Included in the fee was free use of the parking area, parking is a premium in PR, in a safe, gated garage. We felt extremely safe in this very secure building nestled in between some very high rent hotels. The beach view off the balcony was breathtaking and the beach is definitely one of the best beaches on the island. There was even a place to snorkel and see lots of fish without going too far out. The owner was very prompt in responding to our emailed questions and our calls. An excellent location at a reasonable price.

Charming condo with a breathtaking view

Great location, stunning views, and incredibly hospitable owner! We had a few mishaps, no fault of the owner, but owner was extremely quick in taking care of everything and making sure we were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the stunning view. We'll recommend this property to friends and family.

Rent here for the perfect PR vacation

This condo is the PERFECT PLACE if you want the perfect PR vacation. My wife and I stayed in this condo for 5 days during spring break. I was not sure what to expect from the online photos. Upon arrival after a 10 hour flight from San Diego, I was greeted by the housekeeper, who was very nice, and given a tour of the condo. I was immediately impressed the beautiful view of the beach/ocean from the 9th floor. Almost every second in the condo, I was sitting on the balcony enjoying from the beautiful view. When I was not on the balcony, I was at the beach, which is right outside the condo gates. It has great surf and is populated by locals and tourist. I was in PR with other family members from California that stayed in Ocean Park, and on three seperate occasions they called me asking me for the condo owners number because they were not happy with their Ocean Park rentals, which were dirty and insect infested. They moved to hotels because of the conditions.All my family members that visited my condo wished they had stayed in this condo. The condo owner was very accessible. She had called and emailed me to make sure I was happy and was enjoying the condo. The condo is very secure with a 24/7 secruity guard at the front gate. The beds were confortable, flat screen TV's with cable, massaging lazy boy chairs, orthopedic massaging bed, what more can you ask for???? The area is very safe, with other hotels near by. I recommend eating at the panaderia (bakery) next to Walgreens, which is a 5 minute walk. I ate there everyday! El San Juan Hotel also has great bars, clubs, and casinos. This is definately the spot if you are 18 or up! A short walk away is a Cockfighting ring. My wife and I went there. It was safe and something to see at least once in your life. The Metropol (accross the street) is also a great place to have dinner! We took the bus on several occasions to Old San Juan for 75cents, and taxis for $20. Overall, I had a GREAT vacation! I highly recommend you stay here when you visit San Juan!

Would not change a thing!

Great condo located between the Ritz and Courtyard Marriott. Located right on beach-great for walking. Condo was very bright, quiet, clean, and in a safe gated complex. We spent a lot of time on the balcony soaking up the view. It was stocked with anything you would need. Would definitely stay here again. Next door neighbor checked us in and was available for any questions. He even drove us to the airport!

Wonderful home in Isla Verde

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Cesar who met us outside even though it was after 11:00 p.m. The condo is gated which gives you a great sense of safety. A short walk from the front gate and you arrive at the building which you must enter with a key fob given to you by Cesar upon arrival. The condo is wonderful and since we were there during the Christmas holidays, decorations were found everywhere making you really feel at home. The condo is a nice size with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is the perfect size with everything you could ask for. The living room is very cozy and comfortable with wonderful recliners that even heat up. There are large flat screen tv's in both the master bedroom and in the living room. The view is truly a million dollar view right on the beach and at night you can hear the waves crashing. The condo was stocked really well with so many things, extra blankets, towels, hair dryer, on the terrace there are chairs for the beach, lots of toiletries such as band aids, shower gel and shampoo to name a few. Tons of toilet paper, napkins and paper towels too. There is a washer and dryer in the condo which makes it great if you want to come home with some clean clothes. The area around the condo is very safe as it is just off of Isla Verde and in a very touristic area. In order to enter and exit the complex on foot you need to go through the gated footpath by the security station and use the key fob given to you. There is a wonderful pool with tons of lounge chairs and in order to get to the beach walk a few steps and go through the turnstile and there you are. To get back, just use your key fob and you are back at home. The condo is very close to tons of restaurants and hotels with casinos. We found the condo to be very clean and quiet and hated to leave. We would definitely stay at this condo again when we are in the Isla Verde area and highly recommend it. Thank you Candy and Cesar for making our stay a truly wonderful one.

Comfortable, great views

This condo is in a great location since it's on a beautiful stretch of beach and it's walking distance to Isla Verde's night life, restaurants and shops and a short drive to Old San Juan. The condo was very comfortable with a nice well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances and a washer and dryer. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the breeze and great unobstructed ocean views. The pool was a hit with the kids (but not intended for little ones with a depth of +/- 4 ft on the shallow end). There is a smaller kiddie pool though. I would stay at this condo again!

directly on the beach, great view

I stayed in this place for a few days in December. It's a nice unit with a home feel. The building provides direct beach access. (The views are excellent.) It's right by the airport and minutes away from Old San Juan. I would stay again.
