With family in the Park City/Kimball area, we rent at least twice a year. This was definitely our favorite. It was clean, in like-new condition, comfy beds, nice linens, fully stocked kitchen with sharp knives (a barometer of a quality rental in my book), great TV access, and really good communication. We will rent again!

The condo was lovely. Very clean, well furnished, all needed amenities were provided. We enjoyed having indoor heated parking. Site provided say access to shopping nearby as well as to ski areas, and Rte 80 to SLC where we have children and grandchild. Very good choice and will be happy to reserve next year as well. Recommend highly.

Park City Family Vacation

Everything went just as planned No surprises Place was newly updated and with a great view of the mountains,beds were nice plenty of hot water for a family of 6 Would definitely recommend

Beautiful vacation home

Perfect fit for our multi generation ski vacation. Lovely unit, very comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. We hope to return again next year.

Great spot

My family stayed here for easy access to the Utah Olympic Park training facility. It’s very close so that was nice. Unit is kept up well and furnished nicely. Kitchen is well stocked. I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Area Beautiful Condo

The condo has a nice view and it has beautiful features. Open floor plan with high ceilings. Great kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!!!

Great family and pet friendly stay near Olympic Park

Great property.

Property is very easy to get to, indoor parking, ski lockers. Very up to date furniture. Only thing I would say is there was no garbage cans in the bed rooms or bathrooms. But it appears the whole place was just redone. Would stay again.

Great home base for the slopes

The property/location was perfect for our family's needs. It was clean and roomy - short drive to canyons and PC mountain resort and very close to Kimball junction (shops/restaurants). A car is probably necessary in winter since shuttle stop is about 1/2 mile away (long walk in ski boots). If I were to be picky, it'd be nice to have more than 4 chairs around the nice, big kitchen table or a few more bar stools considering it sleeps up to 6. We'd stay again!

Ski Area Parking

Wonderful trip overall. We had a bit of trouble figuring out where to park to go skiing. I realize that ski parking restrictions can change but we found it hard to get any info. Turns out we parked for free at Canyons and had only a short walk to the lift.

Great for family skiing in Park City!

This property was easy to access off I-80 and is super close to Kimball Junction where grocery store, restaurants and stores are! It was a bit tricky using the transit system but we used a rental car and it was nice being able to park in the reserved spot in heated parking garage! Bedrooms are spacious. Loved being able to use washer/dryer which is a must with little kids! Wasn't able to use balcony bec it was snowing for the most part but nice to see outside from the condo. Would definitely recommend for families!

Loved it!

This is a great location for walking/running on the green belt for miles in various directions. There is a dog park next door. The collapsible dog dishes were great. We’re likely to purchase some of our own. The WiFi held up great for kids having online school. The garage parking space not large enough for a big truck but plenty of street parking (in summer...restricted parking in winter). Would definitely come back.

Christmas vacation

The second floor is not the best location for having pets and having to go out and walk them. The pilot light on the fireplace frequently went out. There was no room in the cabinets to put the food we brought / and bought at the store. we had to put it on the counter. The utensil drawer was missing a few things that we needed.

In most cases, the convenience of being able to bring your pup along outweighs any inconvenience of going out for a walk as, of course, a common condo building does require the walk. The fireplace pilot light, as with any home, can be blown out when it is stormy. That said, a snow storm is welcomed in Park City! There are simple re-lighting instructions in the guest folder and we're always happy to help. We hope you enjoyed the perfect location less than 5 minutes to the ski resort and enjoyed the community amenities such as the outdoor firepit area and large hot tub. Unit substantially differs from photos

Neither the rental management nor apparently the owners wish to be contacted. They actually direct you to the internet so that the renter can make repairs. Check in info from management was incorrect despite our questioning their email. The unit was not ready for renters. Obvious repair situations had not been addressed.

We're sorry to see a one-star review for such a lovely home! It is true that we have helpful links in the guest book on how to quickly turn on the fireplace pilot or start a jammed garbage disposal and more. These are all helpful tips but do not replace our maintenance services when requested. All directions, codes and check in instructions were emailed and available in the guest portal. This space has been enjoyed and highly reviewed by numerous guests. We look forward to continued hosting and wish you all the best in your future travels.
