I apologize that this condo didn't meet your expectations; however, many of your issues could have easily and quickly been resolved with a simple phone call to the office. We can easily replace hand soap, provide extra towels and box fans. Every condo in our facility comes equipped with kitchen essentials that include measuring cups and a mixer. I'm not sure if you were unable to find those in the condo, but again, we have those on-site and can easily replace those if they are truly missing. I would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns, but you did not communicate any of this during your time here. I hope you'll be able to find alternative lodging during your next trip to Crested Butte. Thanks--Christine

So sorry that your stay this time did meet expectations! The owners of this particular condo do have plans to update their floors this fall. And we do try to provide ample photographs of the property on our listing, so you can make an informed decision before booking. Each condo on the property is different as each has a different owner. Maintenance was able to fix the burner on the stove. And will have them check out the master bed base board as well. Would love to have you stay with us again! I apologize for the experience you had during your stay with us. This is an unfortunate circumstance that is not shared by majority of our guests at San Moritz. I can understand cleanliness as a top priority during these times. It is for us as well, and I can assure you that this condo was cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. In fact, we have a two-night gap requirement between in all stays in order to accomplish our deeper cleaning routines. As for the knives, that was an unfortunate oversight by our Housekeeping staff. And the specific individual responsible for cleaning your condo is actually no longer working with us at this time. After our cleaning procedures, each condo is prepped just before guest arrival. And I reached out to our Housekeeping Manager to ask about the flies, and he said that he did not see any when the condo was prepped. However, being in the high country during peak summer temps and having screens that do have holes in them, it is not impossible that flies would have entered the condo. I can assure you--there is not an "infestation" inside the unit as you suggest. As for the towels, guests are perfectly welcome to request additional supplies (including linens and paper products) during their stay. However, we received no word from you about any of these issues during your 3-night stay with us. If you had reached out upon arrival, we would have gladly remedied the situation. But we were not given the opportunity to offer you a solution, so it's a little difficult to address these complaints post-departure. Furthermore, when you reached out to me via email after your departure to confirm that I had recieved your review, I let you know that I was unaware that you had any concerns at all. I welcomed you to share those concerns with me directly, but you declined to do that. So I do apologize for your experience, and I am sorry that we were not given an opportunity to make things right. I do hope that if you return to CB in the future, you can find alternative lodging that will meet your expectations. I appreciate your feedback. --Christine
