Vidunderlige øverste etage ejerlejlighed med nogle fantastiske, nylige renoveringer! Køkkenet er smukt remolded og fuldt udstyret. Nyd en betagende Florida solnedgang fra din private balkon direkte ud mod stranden og den Mexicanske Golf. Din store soveværelse har en dør til altan og et stort vindue ud mod bugten. Efter en dag brugt på stranden, lad lyden af ​​bølgerne lulle dig i søvn. Dit condo har fliser overalt, 3 fladskærms-tv og gratis trådløst internet. Our family of four loved Lands End and this Condo. This condo was close to the pool and beach access and had an amazing view. I loved watching dolphins from the balcony and taking a walk around the property and seeing Manatees hanging by the rocks. The condo had everything we needed for the week and we had a wonderful stay. The staff at Lands End is wonderful as well. We highly recommend this unit for a vacation, we would definitely come back.

We have stayed at this resort many times. This was our first time in 404. It was nice, but not our favorite room but we do love Lands End! Our only real complaints with this room: it wasn’t as updated as others we have booked before, the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, and the sliding doors were flimsy. It was pretty windy a few of the days/nights and the doors rocked/wobbled so hard it woke us up thinking someone was knocking. The room was clean, but not a deep clean like we typically see there. We will absolutely go back, but willLikely select a different room next time.

Best place we've stayed in 20 years of vacationing on the Gulf

My family has been vacationing in Florida annually for over 20 years. We usually stay somewhere on the Gulf side--Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, etc. This is the nicest property and nicest condo we've ever stayed in. We are likely to just keep coming back here every year from now on!

Clean and spacious. Great view of ocean. Quiet area of beach, not crowded at all. Dolphins and manatees swimming right where we were. Beautiful sunsets and sun rises.

Great place for adults

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful sunset views. I didn’t realize there was a gay beach next to the beach in front of the condo. I definitely didn’t want to see the inappropriate attire and I’m glad I didn’t have kids with me.

The end of July will for sure start to slow things down on the beaches as many travelers are back at home getting ready for school to you ever travel August - December the beaches here are quite as well and pricing is at it lowest during that time of the year!! Pros: Property is gorgeous, ocean view is amazing, the pool was clean and not overly crowded. The unit is decent and very well located close to the pool. Full kitchen is great for making meals and snacks quickly. Cons: unit could use a deep clean and light updates. There are no screens on the windows/patios, and with a request to keep the AC at 72, it gets stifling hot with the late afternoon sun into evening. Screens would be a great addition. Mattresses also could use replacing. There are foam mattress toppers on them, which trap more heat and moisture, making sleep a bit difficult. There were full cobwebs when we used the “lift” feature on the coffee table, and several areas that had dust and just didn’t look like it had been very well cleaned. Overall, it was a nice unit and with some small improvements it could be absolutely amazing

Building 9 - rm 404

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management from the Resort Rental, maintenance crew (who had to fix several minor things while we were there) and gate security where all very friendly (5 stars), however I didn't find that to be the case with the personal in the "Club House" (1 star). This condo has a fabulous view of the Golf and the sunsets are spectacular but it is time for new mattresses in both bedrooms and the couch is comfortable but has ripped cushions, we would definitely stay there again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area /view was great . We would return to Lands End, but not to 404.The remodeled bathrooms , kitchen and tile floor were very nice. However, One side of bedroom 2 closet door was missing. The door for the walk in closet was off the track. The toilet seat hinge on one side was broken. No cleaning supplies in the unit were provided. Patio door was dirty.We must mention that Resort Rentals was wonderful in their response when needed. This unit has potential to be rated higher.

Very nice… but no supplies

The property and room were great. Just lovely. The only thing that was off is that there were no spices, coffe filters etc. cupboards were totally bare. Also the paper towels were of THE cheapest quality … they worked but… also they gave 2 dishwasher pods only. When I called and asked mgt comp they said that’s it And we’d have to buy. So really 5star place, but these little things were half star. If it’s a high class place, and for what we pay, think the owner / mgt company can be classier. Also often there are beach towels. None. So we had to go out and buy. Again several little things which we’ve come to expect in places like this. I’d return, but bring coffee filters, towels, spices, cooking oil…and extra dishwashing pods.

Resort Rentals check in/out is a breeze. I would highly recommend the area and this property for families who want a quiet atmosphere and spend most of their time at the beach and pool.

Just what we needed

The grounds and boardwalk were spotless & perfect for AM & PM walks. Beach spotted with families. Wide sandbar with manta rays swimming by, sand dollars, starfish, conchs...boys enjoyed tennis, track ball on the lawn and bicycling. Grocery was very convenient...everything was...everyone we dealt with was wonderful/helpful with anything we needed..Dali Museum and Rowdies game just 1/2 hr away..enjoyed The Wharf Restaurant, Conch Republic, and Seared 1200 Chophouse

Also, the tv in the front room wasn't working great and a dvd player for the kids would be nice. That being said this was our 4th year at Land's End and this is by far our favorite condo. Another great stay at Land's End!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic weeklong stay in June. Our condo was very clean. Property is beautiful and well kept. My husband loved the nature walks in Honeymoon and Desoto State Parks. My 10 and 6 year old loved the pool and the beach infront of the condo. We enjoyed our visit to Busch Garden, Honeymoon State Park, Caldesi Island and Desoto State Park. We were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

October get a way for a family of 4

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a tremendous view of the Gulf! We watched dolphins from our bedroom and was lulled by the ocean crashing outside our window. Lands end is a quiet condo association. It would be perfect for a couples get away. As a family with 2 small boys, we felt that we had to keep them quiet. The feeling we got from being staying there for a week is, Lands End is a retirement community. There was construction going on two units down from us. The workers were considerate and pleasant. The boardwalk out to the beach was easy to navigate. It was a nice get a way.
