Welcome to the Lakeview Rooftop Suite by Zukaland, with optional add-on experiences such as our wood-fired Cedar Hot Tub and Sauna.

The Rooftop Suite is one of the private accommodation options within Zukaland Lakehouse, designed for comfort, connection, and immersion in nature. Thoughtfully laid out across multiple levels, it offers generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, direct lake access, and curated experiences that allow guests to shape their stay — whether relaxed, adventurous, or celebratory.

Zukaland Lakehouse offers multiple accommodations that are listed separately, including the Rooftop Suite and the Boathouse. The Boathouse is a separate unit with its own entrance and designated areas and may be occupied by other guests.
An optional Fireplace Room provides extra sleeping space and guarantees exclusive use of the Lakehouse property. When the Full Lakehouse is booked, guests enjoy access to all four bedrooms and the entire property.

The Rooftop Suite is ideal for families and groups seeking a Muskoka getaway with flexibility to enhance privacy and capacity if desired.

This stay is part of Zukaland, a professionally managed nature retreat offering several unique accommodations and curated optional experiences.

The accommodation rate includes the booked lodging only. Guests may enhance their stay with optional add-on experiences such as our Cedar Outdoor Spa (wood-fired hot tub and sauna), curated activities, and specialty rentals.

Optional experiences are requested and confirmed separately after booking, are subject to availability due to preparation requirements, and are billed separately by the property. Full details and pricing are provided below in Listing Notes and guest materials shared after booking.

Welcome to Zukaland Lakeview Rooftop! Please respect the property, other guests and our beautiful natural surroundings. Review the full listing description, including Other Things to Note, before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these rules.

1. Booking, Guests & Accommodation Upgrades
Base rate includes 6 registered guests; additional guests are $50 per person, per night.
Standard capacity: 9 guests.
Maximum capacity: 11 guests, only with the optional Fireplace Bedroom #3 upgrade.
The Fireplace Bedroom #3 upgrade provides exclusive use of the entire Lakehouse property, including the Boathouse, with no other guests on site.
All upgrades require advance approval and confirmation. Additional charges apply as detailed in the listing.
Only registered guests are permitted. Visitors require prior approval.

2. Registration & Liability Waiver
The Guest Registration Form and Liability Waiver must be completed before arrival.
Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with waterfront activities, watercraft, spa facilities, fires, wildlife and natural terrain, as outlined in the waiver.

3. Check-in & Checkout
Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Checkout: By 12:00 PM (noon)
Please advise us of your expected arrival time. Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

4. Cedar Hot Tub & Sauna
The wood-burning cedar hot tub and sauna are optional paid experiences, not included unless expressly confirmed.
Reservations require at least 48 hours` notice and are subject to availability until confirmed.
Preparation involves fresh water, firewood and extensive heating time.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Follow all operating and safety instructions provided.
Respect other guests` privacy when spa amenities are reserved by another group.

5. Shared Property, Gatherings & Noise
Lakeview Rooftop is a private accommodation within the main Lakehouse. The rest of the main house is not occupied by another group during your stay.
However, the Boathouse Suite, located at the back of the house on the main level, may be occupied separately. It has its own private entrance and outdoor area beneath the gazebo.
The beach, waterfront and designated recreational amenities are shared.
