This condo have a view like no other you can see the entire mountain as well as have skiers ski past you while sitting on the patio, this condo allows everyone in your party to enjoy the mountain and everything it has to offer even if they don't ski. This condo reminds one of home it is very comfortable and very relaxing. Wifi for those wanting to do work or browse the internet.

Parking Plan
Gateway Home Owners Association (HOA) Rules & Regulations, all-inclusive by unanimous vote approved July 27, 2015, provides the basis for Gateway's Parking Plan. Gateway's HOA rules #18-23 are summarized below:
Gateway has seventeen (17) parking spaces in the garage and an additional five (5) outside the exit of the garage.
Each owner, his or her renter/guest, is allowed access to one parking spot in the garage.
No owner shall park more than one motorized vehicle in the garage at anytime, and each motorized vehicle must park in the marked parking space.
If owner participates in the "Short Term Rental Program", owner, guest/renter of the owner shall park no more than one vehicle in the garage. The parked vehicle should have a permit visible noting the unit number, date of check-in, and date of check-out.
No service vehicle shall park in the garage to include management company vehicles. Service vehicles should park on the north side of the Gateway complex.
No vehicle shall block the entrance or exit at any time.
No storing of recreational vehicles to include snow mobiles, motorcycles or
other motorized vehicle in the garage. Bicycles and other non-motorized vehicles shall not park in a garage motorized parking space.
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
