Nestled in Superior, Colorado, it offers easy access to Boulder’s vibrant culture and Denver’s metropolitan amenities while maintaining the quiet, close-knit feel of a small community. One of the biggest draws for us was the incredible trail network right outside our door, allowing us to hike, bike, and explore the stunning Colorado outdoors without needing to drive. The area is safe, family-friendly, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery, making it an ideal location for anyone seeking both adventure and relaxation.

The home is the only rebuild in the area constructed from fireproof compressed earth blocks, designed to withstand the changing climate while blending strength with natural aesthetics.
