Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment is ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Nice property with a great location. The apartment is upstairs which made for a challenge with bags. Once inside, the small home had all we needed.

The apartment was better than the pictures on VRBO! Quiet neighborhood. Easy walking. The kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is so important in Santa Monica, and it was nice to park in front of the building. Having a laundry available was a plus too. Brian was an easy host to work with.

We need to travel to Los Angeles often so I’ve seen and stayed in a lot of places. I have to say this is one of the nicest! It’s not huge but it feels spacious due to the high ceilings. The bed was excellent. I slept like a baby. The host was available and very helpful. Suffice to say we loved this apartment and we hope to be back soon!

This was the perfect apartment for our 5 day trip to Santa Monica. The property was spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities we required. It was like home from home. The parking space was convenient for our time there. The area was quite which was great. It was only a few blocks from the night life and the beach. Which was great and just what we wanted. Would highly recomend this property.

Just as advertised, clean and uncluttered, off street parking made things easy. Also quite walkable to beach and farmers market, lovely neighborhood. Walked to Piccolos for dinner, highly recommend.

We had a excellent stay at this rental. The apartment was charming and very comfortable. It felt a little bit like a tree house, which we loved. The location was convenient for walking to stores, Starbucks, and the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

PROS:Wholeheartedly agree with all the positive comments already written! In addition, the host Brian was so thoughtful and reached out to me to offer to let us put our E bikes in his storage room in the back. He also tried to be supportive, and flexible, and attempted to edit his listing to reflect the limitations on the air conditioning.Cons:For medical reasons, we absolutely require air-conditioning in the hottest part of the summer in any vacation rental. Although this listing clearly stated it had air-conditioning, when we arrived to check in, we were shocked to see a note posted on the air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, stating that only one could be turned on at a time! This caused problems, as one or the other of the two rooms in the condo warmed up quickly without AC. On check-in day when we were unloading and setting up in both rooms, I ended up with a bad headache due to intense heat and no air conditioning in one of the rooms. Not a great start to our four day trip. Although Brian was very apologetic that the listing was inaccurate regarding a/c, and also offered to let us cancel if we found another place to stay, we were unable to find another place at such late notice, and had to stay there for the entire stay, as we were attending special events nearby. We did get better at figuring out how to be comfortable in one room at a time for the most part, but not having full air-conditioning in the rental unit was physically very challenging.

We do state that only one air conditioner can be used at a time. We will certainly make sure it is more clear on the listing and we’re sorry you did not see it. This cute and well appointed 2 BR, 1 bath 2nd floor apartment was perfect for our stay on the west side of LA (Santa Monica). It was just blocks from the beach, with several coffee and eating options nearby. I had worried a bit that because it was only a block off Lincoln, it would be noisy, but I was wrong. We kept the windows open almost the whole time and it was quiet. It is an older building, but the owners have done a great job with it. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything we wanted and needed. We used it as our base when visiting mid-Wilshire museums, Griffith Park, Santa Monica and Venice beaches, etc. We noted and appreciated all the included touches - off street parking, safety strips on the stairs and sidewalk, spice rack, fans (and a/c), popcorn, wine, pitcher for filtered and refrigerated water, and I could go on. It was also nice not to have a big predeparture "to do" list as we had a long drive and needed to get on the road early in the morning. We would definitely look to come back and stay again.

We are Karina and Brian. We’ve lived in the area for over 20 years. We are all about enjoying the outdoors and all that beautiful Santa Monica offers. We have 2 teenage sons who were lucky enough to grow up here. We all enjoy surfing, hiking, paddle boarding and a good game of pick up basketball.

The proximity to everything is the most attractive part of where this property is. Within a 15 minute walk to the beach, 3rd St. Promenade, Main St and downtown Santa Monica.

We are in the service area of “circuit”. Santa Monica’s free electric shuttle service.

We provide a nesspresso machine with pods, a coffee maker and coffee to go with it, a blender, toaster and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking.
