The Space:
The kitchen features a large island and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The primary suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors, and a private steam sauna. The lower-level game room offers a pool table, foosball, board games, and a 75" TV. A dedicated home office has a standing desk and wireless printer. The 8-person hot tub on the patio has panoramic mountain views.

Canyons Village is a short walk across the street — use the Canyons Village Connect shuttle (like Uber, 2–15 min wait) to reach the Sunrise Gondola. Park City Main Street is a 12-minute drive. Concierge services through Trident Concierges can arrange airport transfers, fridge stocking, and in-home chef services.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, game room, hot tub, and patio. The garage is available for parking (2 mid-size cars max — large SUVs and trucks will not fit). Some owner storage cabinets are locked and not accessible to guests.

Other Things to Note:
The home is located in Canyons Village at Park City, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the gondola. The kitchen has a sensitive smoke alarm — always use the stove fan when cooking. Some closets and cabinets contain owner belongings and are locked.
