Thank you for your detailed feedback and for appreciating the cleanliness and overall condition of the unit. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the AC unit’s noise and the gap under the front door — we’ll definitely have those checked and addressed. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and that several aspects of your stay caused frustration. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the unit, including the maintenance issues such as broken toilet seats, poorly installed flooring, and concerns with the shower setup. These items are being addressed with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure they are promptly corrected for future guests. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the elevator situation and the lack of clear signage around the property. Your comments highlight areas where improvements are definitely needed, and we will be working with the building management to improve both navigation and accessibility throughout the complex. We're especially sorry that the pool was unavailable during your stay. Unexpected maintenance issues are never ideal, and we understand how disappointing that can be during a beach vacation. We appreciate your honest feedback and will use it to make necessary improvements. While we regret that your experience has led you to seek other accommodations in the future, we do hope you had some enjoyable moments during your time in the area. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thanks again for your understanding and thoughtful review!

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review!
