Located in the highly desirable Windsor Hills Resort, this fantastic home boasts 3 bedrooms - the primary bedroom is en-suite and has a king bed (new mattress 2025), the second bedroom has a queen bed, and there are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have TVs. The primary en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Both have hairdryers and a good supply of towels.
Guests will feel at home here and can take advantage of the amenities that the home offers, with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, WiFi and AC.
Keyless entry, that eliminates the hassle of keys with a code, is changed after each stay to ensure the security of our guests.
The condo has communal elevators and the Resort offers tranquil surroundings.

Please note that this home is classed as "self-providing." We provide the basic package of a toilet roll, bar soap and shampoo sachets in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags, dishwashing liquid and two dishwasher tablets to help you start with your vacation needs. Pool towels are supplied but must be returned to the home after use (no bath towels should be used in the pool area).

The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community with a 24-hour manned entrance. The Welcome Center will provide you with wrist bands for all of your party to access the community facilities and you can pick up brochures for attractions in and around Central Florida.
All driver names will need to be provided to us to ensure you are registered with the gatehouse prior to arrival and each driver must show a valid driving license to gatehouse staff in order to gain access to the Resort.
There is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home. All clubhouse amenities are exclusively for guest use and are included in your stay.

The Resort is situated within 5 minutes drive of the US192, which boasts a very wide range of popular restaurants. There is a Walmart (including gas station) just 5 minutes drive away.
A slightly longer drive (15 minutes) will take you to either Sunset Walk Promenade for a mix of entertainment venues, restaurants, cinema and specialty shops or to the Rolling Oaks shopping plaza for larger retail outlets and more eateries.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the I-4, which gives you easy access to beaches on either the East or West Coast.
