Cozy little cabin in the woods. We enjoyed our stay and loved the Bigfoot theme. Communication with the host was great! We loved the hot tub.

The cabin was perfect. I loved the patio. The hot tub was awesome. We will be coming back again.

Our stay was very comfortable, the outdoor area was amazing and the host was extremely friendly and texted back immediately.

It’s big foot’s TINY house, but we made BIG memories. Our kids loved the hot tub, the little bridge and the property. We spent our weekend at the cabin because it was comfy. We enjoyed being outside on the property. Even thought it was super wet from the rain. It made the bridge over water our perfect spot for easter pictures! Our girls loved it & so did we.

We enjoyed the cabin very much! My boys thought it was the coolest thing. Very clean and we enjoyed the campfire on a chilly night. It rained most of our trip, but it was still a nice stay.

We found tiny home as described in the listing. It was cute & had mostly everything we needed. The owner responded promptly when we contacted him about ants in the downstairs bed. He offered us a full refund, but since it was already around 9:00 p.m., we decided to stay and make the best of the situation. He later refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, we could not sleep in the downstairs bed because of the ants. We moved to the pullout couch, but found dog-food debris and a significant amount of pet hair underneath it. After sweeping the area, we placed the bunk-bed mattresses on top of the uncomfortable pullout mattress so we could get some sleep.The cabin needed more thorough cleaning. We noticed cobwebs, dirt behind the downstairs bed, a dead bug beside the upstairs bed, and a shower liner that needed to be cleaned or replaced.We appreciated the owner’s quick response, his offer of a full refund, and the refund of our cleaning fee. However, the ant problem and overall cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. The cabin has potential, but the cleaning and pest-control issues should be addressed before future guests arrive.

The property is on a regular pest-control service, and we also inspect and treat the home between stays. Unfortunately, during extended periods without rain, ants can become more active as they search for water, and even with routine preventative treatment, an occasional ant can make its way inside. That said, we understand how frustrating it was to encounter them during your stay. When you contacted us that evening, we immediately offered a full refund so you could make other arrangements, which you understandably decided not to do given the late hour. We also refunded your cleaning fee. Following your departure, we conducted a thorough inspection and did not find any ants or evidence of an active ant issue. We’re disappointed to hear that some areas of the home did not meet our cleaning standards. We have addressed the items mentioned in your review with our cleaning team and will be paying particular attention to those areas going forward. We appreciate you recognizing our quick communication and efforts to make the situation right. We’re continually working to improve the guest experience and appreciate the feedback.

Super cute tiny home with everything you need. It had plenty of space for the kids to explore. Fire pit for cooking hotdogs and s’mores. Close enough to everything we wanted to do.

There are a few areas that could use a little attention. The carpet inside is quite worn and folded along the edges, which made it a bit of a tripping hazard. It might be time for an upgrade. The grass hadn’t been mowed before our arrival, which would have helped the overall first impression. A couple of kitchen cabinet doors felt loose, so I was a bit cautious when opening them. The grill could have used a quick cleaning, as there was some leftover grease. There was also a piece of tile, or something near the water heater area, that wasn’t fully secured and came loose when the doors were closed.That said, the Wi-Fi was fast, the location is excellent, close to everything and very near the lake, and the area itself is nice and quiet. Enjoyed the Hot tub as well. With just a few small improvements, this could be an even more wonderful stay

We are very sorry the cabin did not exceed your expectations. We are very confused by some of this review. First, we had no communication about any of these items during the stay with the exception of the door coming loose on the water heater closet(which has been fixed). Our cabin is brand new and does not have carpet, it has laminate flooring with the exception of the loft where you can’t stand up. In terms of the grill, we clean professionally after every guest with a professional cleaning service as well as having our yards mowed professionally weekly.

What started 12 years ago with a fishing trip to Beavers Bend State Park has turned into the most enjoyable part of doing life with family and friends. My wife, Dawn and grown kids, Kailey and Austin have enjoyed countless adventures over the years in Southeastern Oklahoma as we escape Dallas/Fort Worth to spend time in our Happy Place.

We love to host couples and families at our properties and always strive to ensure a unique stay with lasting memories. Our favorite activities are hiking, fishing, boating and of course just relaxing in nature.
